Honda 2 Wheelers India — Change of address/photo in rc book and responsible in handling customer

I have purchased honda activa two wheeler from jsp honda, anna nagar branch and when i went to receive the rc book, to my shock and surprise, the photo in rc is different from mine and the residential address is also differing from what i had given to the dealership. When asked today, nobody is responding to my query and the way they handled me is horrible. Fyi, i work as a gm for a 4 wheeler company n we don't treat customers like this. If this is going to the situation for a person like me, i sincerely do not know how you will be treating an ordinary person. I need a clarification on this and if not responded, i may be forced to take it to the consumer forum for deformation case against the dealership and the manufacturer for not having a proper ci norms in handling customers.
