Dear sir it has with reference to my various calls at toll free numbers and mails about my complaints (SINCE 5th. Sept 2017). the matter and complaint is still unsolved. as such you are requested to pls do needful at the immediate and resolve the long awaited issues. regarding the same we talked and discussed the issue with your RAJASTHAN STATE's HMSI office and spoke to Regional service manager Devendra ji (name not sure but mobile no. is sure) at his mobile.[protected] and to Mr. Sukhvindra ji on[protected]. but sorry to note/say that even they too are not interested in resolving the issue and not taking any step(s) in the matter. they are well aware of the issue. they ARE NOT READY TO LISTEN ME, WHEN EVER I CALL THEM THEY CUT THE CALL DURING THE CONVERSATIONS OR AFTER HEARING MY NAME/PLACE. THEY thinks that CUSTOMER IS FOOL. THEY BOTH taking FAVOUR of THE DEALER AND HIS HIDDEN all the MISSACTS from day ONE. Which pls be noted. on 14/9/2017 i again visited to SHREE MOTORS (AAIJI HONDA) Pali, to inform and request them to resolve the issue. I AM VERY SURPRISED BY THE REPLY GIVING BY THEM (MR. SANDEEP CHOUDHRY, OWNER) and his employees.. they rude replied me that " DO ANYTHING YOU WANT/WISH, THE COURTS ARE OPEN, YOU DO WHATEVER U DREAMED & WISHED. YOU ARE FREE TO DECIDE. (EVEN THE OTHER OWNER MR. PRADEEP JI CHOUDHARY ALSO WELL AWARE ABT THIS REPLY/ANSWER. I ESTEEMED CUSTOMER I WLL NEVER HOPE TO LISTEN THESE KIND OF REPLIES FROM DEALER ETC. when HMSI asked abt the matter/issue etc. the dealer mislead and gave false/baseless reply to HMSI too. the dealer wants to keep HMSI in dark, showing me wrong at his level. HE BETTER KNOWN WHY... sir, i am being very much harresed with all of them. even HMSI closing my complaints without taking my satisfaction note etc. from dealer and without confirming that my matter is resolved or not. every time i am requesting to RE-OPEN my Complaints which is still not resolved. so may customers are dissatisfied with dealer and his services rendered to esteemed HONDA customers. BEFORE I GO TO CONSUMER FORUM TO FIGHT MY LEGAL RIGHTS . My complaint is still not resolved by your dealer n by HMSI. Made calls to you several times but no response from you and your dealer.
