Honda 2 Wheelers India — complaint about agent/activa 125 | |||
Respected sir, I'm naveen.I am sending this email from Qatar. I purchased activa 125 on 2 June 2018 at sreevari Honda Thrissur Kerala. Recently the bike got hit on to the wall gate. The brakes got damaged. I gave the bike for insurance claim on 26 Sept. Before buying the vehicle we were told that if you take company insurance., They will take the amount but now they are saying we've to pay the full amount. And also they said it will take 1 month time to get repaired. They have to order some parts and it will take time. Already it's more than 1week now. I'm finding difficulty in travelling. We are try to call sreevari Honda they didn't answer my call also.They are informed me Honda not give parts, that why delivery delay. Kindly resolve my activa issues as soon as problems.
