Honda 2 Wheelers India — Complaint about defective bike

I have purchased your honda cb unicorn 150 from ratnaprabha honda aurangabd maharashtra this bike has a many problems since I purchased it and I have told your dealer many times but they did not heared my problems the problems are.
1) both wheels are out.
2) engine is not good
3) average is 35 to 38
4) handle is bend and bowl is out
5) scracthes on tank since purchased.
6) engine noise like old bike.
7) one side pulling.
The bike is defective from company and
You are not taking it seriously.
I WANT REPLACE THE BIKE
I DONT WANT THIS BIKE
IF ANY HAPPENING DONE WITH ON THIS BIKE THE COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE.
