Honda 2 Wheelers India — complaint about harita motors madurai

Am mrs. Devika my honda activa reg no tn 69 az 5094 due to petrol leak and some other complaints i gave my vehicle at haritha motors tamilnadu madurai koodal nagar branch on 20.06.18 they will deliver my vehicle after service on 21.06.18 by 4.30pm within 300 meters petrol was dry up to petrol bulk i pull the vehicle along with my child. On fuel station while filling the petrol am shocked all petrol are drained. Immediately i contact the haritha motors service person after 20 minutes they came. As per my schedule i have to pick my daughter from college. Instead of delay am asking spare vehicle arrangements after long discussion they provide one vehicle and taken my vehicle for service.
That vehicle provided by them also got petrol dry again am standing on road. One of the worst experience never i had.
Again i contact the service centre after long waiting they will come and provide petrol.
After 1 hour they called me and told there's a problem in fuel tube we failed to noticed and you have to pay additional.
My worries about honda service center is activa is especially for ladies if these type of service centre doing service like this how it's safe journey for us.
I hope you will take the necessary steps and do the needful.
