i am bikash mahato s/o sri ranjit kr mahato resi add. 18 sri mani bagan lane salkia howrah 711106 an customer of your honda two wheeler company... Sir i was purchsed an scooty activa 4g on[protected].
sir i want to say that after purchasing i was face lot of problem from siddhi honda belur (Dealer code wb08sc01). I was went 3 time to take nub plate and also they use to very bad behavior on phone after then i was got nub plate on 12 june 2017 after this problem was not end i am not get my smarft card till now again i was went show room they told me if you have any source then go to rto offer and get smart card and again use bad way to talking...
while i was went for 2 nd service which date is on 25th aug 2017 but they told give scooty and get tomorrow i was not able to gave due to my work and after this i was went 4 time but they told same thing after that i was complain which ticket nub is 1-[protected] after complain they service on[protected]...
sir they use broken seal e - oil i was complain but they not lessen me and use it.. After service i was face lot of problem front tyre is disturb and eugen is give sound and stop scooty on road some time and lock will not work proper
i hope not only hope believe that you will look in this matter properly and solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i have no option and i will take help from consumer court and case file on siddhi honda dealer and also service center
