Hi,

This is subodh dharashiokar; i have given my honda activa (Ka-03 ex 7763) for servicing on 29.08.207 at ananda motors, bommanahalli, bangalore, karnataka.

I like to bring you in notice, how the dealer cheated me, i was having complaint of
1. Horn was not working properly
2. Indicators are not working both front and back.

However, the executive told me many issue in my bike like:
1. One side pulling of bike.
2. Unwanted noise from engine.
3. Pickup issue.
4. Etc...

He had given me estimate of 2300 at the time of giving my vehicle for servicing and told me he will give me call if required. I was ok with that. Afternoon he called me and informed me some work needs to be done in engine and it will cost me 3000 more. I said ok but make my vehicle good.

Evening i got my activa delivered with invoice no. Ka[protected], amount rs. 4855.02.

There was some issue in handle alignment, which was resolved by executive very promptly and i was happy with services.

However, when i used my vehicle from honda service center to my home, i noticed horn (Old issue) and speedometer (New issue) are not working. Next day i went to service center and made a complaint about the problems after servicing, executive again took prompt action and checked with technician, and he told me technician forget to assembled speedometer wire, that why it was not working, but now it is rectified and he is sorry for problem. I checked my vehicle and now things were ok.

Next, time when i used my vehicle from service center to office i noticed, my vehicle is not taking load and some very bad sound coming from engine. Which was a belt sound. (Chak chak).in addition, whenever i stopped at traffic signal, after starting my bike this sound was coming which was very embarrassing in public, and my bike was running as fast as it should, because the pickup level was zero.

I took the vehicle to service center again on 1st of september 2017, to know what they have made changes, causing such new issues. Moreover, the statement given by technician was very surprising, saying we already told you that some work needs to be done in engine and you deny over phone to do that work. Which was not the case. I was ready from first time, whatever executive suggested i agreed to that, now he saying i have denied. Which was very frustrating.

I was very upset because i came to this service center first time with complaint of horn and indicator and now, executive, technician made my bike use less, and now they are giving some new estimate of rs. 3000 to 4000. Which made me feel that i was fooled at authorized service center of honda two-wheeler bommanahalli bangalore.

I want my bike condition should be back to normal as it was before giving for servicing and compensation of problem i faced due to services center. I have visited the center more than two time because of mistake made by technician and executive.

I request you to take prompt action on this case, as this is a case of cheating, if i could visit local garage for the issue i reported they may cost me less than 500, but after paying 4855 (Approx. 5000) at honda service center and giving birth to new issue i am very much upset with this incident.

For your reference, i am attaching the invoice copy with this email. If you check the invoice also, they have charged me around rs. 1337 with the description others and miscellaneous, which again make me feel how people are making their business. My sincere request to you please do not make customer fool like this, which make them feel better to give for serving at local vender. Which are more trust worthy than brand name.

I request you please take appropriate and let me know the status. Feel free to call me know more as everything i cannot put on email.

    Sir i have purchased a honda activa 4g on 25/08/2017 from pgl honda, jatni branch. During conversation regarding insurance they told to prove insurance with nd (Nil depreciation) cover catagory. But at the time of delivery of bike documents they regrated that there is no provision of nd (Nil depreciation) cover. They received all money in cash amounting rs.64800 and now they provide me the normal insurance.

      Hi All,

      This I want to bring to your notice that there is poor maintenance service is giving by V.J Honda dealer in Ulhasnagar
      I have given my Honda active for insurance repair MHO5 -CZ-5520 on 12- Aug-17 there was an normal scratch on front and back left hand side they have taken more than 18 days just to paint that scratch for that I have to call everyday to ask about the status the staff over there is very rude no willingness to help and they have charge me a bill of rs 708/- its like they are there just to fool the customers. First they informed me that we don't wash the vehicles which comes in insurance after complaining to the Customer relationship manager Ashwini Ghosh they agree to wash but still just for name sake they didn't wash it properly they have made a bill of more than rs 3000/- for painting the scratch and charge me rs 708/- we have not told them to stick sticker on our activa they stick it and charge more rs 70/-

      I have to roam from this person to that person for 3 hours to get my vehicle. Very disappointing V.J Honda (Ulhasnagar) is just fooling the customers extracting money from them in the name of free service and Insurance for every single item they charge money with extra labour charge I don't know if they have charge labour 350/- then why for each work again they charge labour there is an big fraud going on with customers in V.J Honda Pathetic and poor service is provided there they even don't handled the bike properly there is no willingness of staff to help the customers.

Nd m nt even gettin done my first service done nd due to that ma byk is nt wrkin properly so wen i go there at javeri honda at cotton green, they says me ki byk honda tect mai update nhi hai ye wo last five days se m going der...             Greetings for the day.
            This mail is regarding the complaint against the your bike showroom situated in pataudi.
            It's been 2.5 years since i brought my bike. I have been giving regular service at pataudi honda showroom.in the last service they found some fault in the engine, and they have denied to do a service for it.in the last 2.5 years i have not given service other than honda.               Dear Sir, my accidental activa HR 05 AK 4093 going to repair on yours dealer named kamlesh honda etah(u.p). But their they lost my accessories(like activa mat, mirrors and handle grip) and on my vehicle they done local paint from outside local painter not done honda authorized paint, and handover me local bill. Which were not accepted by insurance company. So i'm not be able to claim paint charge from insurance comapny.
              Please resolve my problem.

                I have purchased activa 4g from yume honda, old delhi gurgaon road on 18th june, 2017. It has been 2.5 months now and i haven't received my rc.
                Every time the showroom staff says some or the other problem. They are not capable enough to handle the customer.
                The staff is very careless as they never respond back even on repetitive calling.
                I have been charged by the police also because of not having any vehicle number.
                It doesn't take this much of time for getting the rc.
                Some problem is there with the showroom.
                I would suggest not to buy any vehicle from this showroom.

                  I bought a hornet 160 in june 2017. This is to inform you that i am so upset for the service and the performance of my vehicle since a year. So i think that i boughtr a secondhand vehicle in a new bike price. So i don't want to keep this vehicle anymore in my garage. You have to know that i bought a new bike not a older one. So iam not interested to visit service center again and again. Therefore i request you to replace my bike or i will go to the consumer forum.

                    I had repair my bike on 18/02/2017 and invoice no. Is serinv-rj[protected]. My name is divyaraj singh and my bike is damaged in accident and when i claimed, my bike's condition get very bad after service and parts replacement. When i told about this complaint, the service manager say abusing words. I did not like the service of honda company. When i asked to show me the replaced parts, they told that they sold the replaced parts into scrap and when i asked about to show new parts in my bike, they refused again and again. I went 20-30 times after repair. The service head said that the bike is in good condition. Now, i want to complaint about the manager because manager is not replaced some parts and write 'due parts' on my bill.                       Me purchased a honda activa 125 after one month gave my scooty to jb honda service centre anand parbat but i am not satisfied totally. First of all they don't no customer relationship and also don't have the way of talking with customers. Head is loose so had a conversation with mr. Ankur he told me that you can come tomorrow and this will get sorted... So i went today and they changed that plastic of head which is good but till now m not satisfied... Because till head is vibrating

                        I have purchased activa 4g on mar 27th 2017, and made full payment as if now i have not received the registration number and the vehicle, its he already 6 months and they are saying to wait till the reg number comes and its been very disgusting with the problem, having paid full money i have not received the vehicle. And i am going to consumer court and they feel this issue is the first of its kind and are taking strict action against honda company.

                          I have recently purchased 2wheeler and gave it for 1st service at masabtank during the service seat was damaged and i was assured of replacing it without any charges with new seat cover on the day of next service due to lack of stock but after 3mnths (2nd service) also they claim that seat covers are still out of stock and manager is highly irresponsible not even responding to the questions and very arrogant. As i dint get any response i had to register this complaint. Please look into this issue and respond and resolve as early as possible. Thanks

                            I give my activa on 30 july then he tell u will get your activa after 15 day but now 1 month is going to over he is not giving at given time on 14 august i go to see my activa but it is still at is they not done any think they not even open a bolt. Then he tell to me that he will give my activa within 4 day but now 15 days is completed. So i request u to take steps against this matter

                              I purchased honda cb shine sp 125 disc bike from silicon motors, r. V road, bangalore. The details of my bike is as follows :

                              Kms driven : 2400

                              Dealer code : ka010001

                              Jobcard details of service done & vehicle history.

                              1st service : 12/04/2017
                              Job card number : jc-ka[protected]

                              2nd service : 10/07/2017
                              Job card number : jc-ka[protected]-010325

                              Other job card bills not issued.

                              Repeated job done at saphire honda (Ref by mr. Arun, hmsi customer relations)

                              I am facing following problems from the first day of purchasing bike

                              The problem in the bike are :

                              A. Front fork / shock absorber sound when front wheel comes in contact with road humps or pot hole. (Partially rectified after changing fork oil).

                              B. Bike vibration in 2nd, 3rd & 4th gear feels like sitting on a vibrator machine & riding

                              2nd gear - 30kmph
                              3rd gear - 50kmph
                              4th gear - 60kmph

                              C. High engine noise and vibration when bike runs beyond 30 km speed in 2nd gear.
                              (Problem remain same from purchasing of bike to first service to second service and subsequent services and still continue)

                              D. No pick up, even it does not take pickup on flyovers or nice road in the city.

                              E. Mileage about 40-42 kmpl.

                              F. Self not working and speedometer needle gets struct in the middle when ignition key turned on
                              (Rectified after the battery was replaced as recomended by saphire honda)

                              It has been 6 months now i gave my bike more than 9-10 times for servicing excluding 2 free service and they keep the bike for 1-2 days in service center and and returnd to me stating that there is no problem and all the problems are rectified, but still all the problems remain the same.

                              I contacted (Customer relation person) in hmsi south regional office, bangalore and told the issue, i was referred me to saphire honda service center to get the issue resolved.

                              In saphire honda, bangalore i nformed all the issues i have in my bike, they also serviced my bike changed fork oil and fork sound was partially rectified,

                              Battery was replaced and starting and speedometer needle issue resolved, told the bike ready, there is no issue.

                              After riding the bike for 1 week same issue (Bike vibration, mileage drop and pickup) issue is repeating.

                              Now when i took the bike to silicon motors they are telling to leave the bike and go we will check it and let you know what the issue is.

                              I request you to please look into this matter and assist accordingly and give permanent solutions for the issue.

                                This is for the complaint of my yuga bike which i would like to show in front of you all that honda company is so irresponsive that they never listen on your request as i complaint so many times for my honda yuga bike in faridabad but not a single call from company on my complaint 1-[protected]
                                1-[protected]. My bike was there in service center in last 10 days and i am calling and sending mails daily to the company but no body listens.

                                On my service, i complaint about clutch issue and they just served it with the spring change and without any warranty invoice to us on our request also they didn't give us the bill. After 5 days, complete clutch set failed and need to change. Service center is not ready to accept their fault and even company is not listening.

                                Pick up honda service in faridabad is too poor because they are the any one in faridabad, even they were not worried about any customer complaints.

                                Never expect fromsuch a known oem japanese company.

                                  Purchased hornet 160 from maa kali honda... Wb. And after 7 months got issue with valves... I reported them and reached the very next day... But they made me sit for 3.5 hrs and without touching the bike they said i have to leave it as they are not able to understand the problem... So why did you make me sit.. You make promises honda is honda... But zero n service... Mechanics were roaming but they will not do service fast.. And the funniest is one sales person said better you sale out hornet and purchase unicorn... Honda hornet has some engine issue... Is it only business... No value for 1lac. Rupees...

                                    Hello respected sir. I would like to inform you that i have bought a 3g scooty near the showroom of kirti nagar.. When i bought it i have the problem of dicky lock. But after some time i made it repair... After a week i had a same problem, i made it again 3 times repair, now i m very sad why had i purchased a scooty when this small issue is not sorting out... Please give me another scooty i don't want it...

                                      Pls. Keep up the good work. However have a complaint, i find it extremely difficult to procure spare parts for older model of honda unicorn (Cbf150/2005 march-spoke wheels) in b'lore kogilu cross & arnd yelahanka & may this be the case other places too - hmsi needs to check & ensure supply-chain. Why is this the case? Has support & maintenance been stopped on older vehicle models pls.?

                                      I am having a activa 125 cc yesterday I tried to open a lock suddenly stop working so I called the mechanic to open as I was 20 km far from honda agency and it was night so nobody was approchable so next day I took my vechile to federal auto works so they told i need to pay rs 800 and my activa is in warranty..my vechile no DL8SBY5255
                                      Sir india is moving towards electronic payment and you are forcing buyyers to pay by cash i happened to buy a scooter from kerala deler and while making payment they are charging extra 1 percent as bank charges and i was forced to withdraw money from various sources, this against the vision of our minister

                                        I took the aviator from your company 2 months ago. But since i got a aviator i'm upset. When i went to your company in second day, i have a problem inside this aviator, so check it. The engineer saw the aviator and told that the no any problem in your aviator this is new aviator hanse so running this way but aviator is moving very hard

                                        Once the service was not done, the service was not re-organized, the 3000 km aviator drives but same problem in this after then i was mail send your company still not resolve 10 times i have kept the aviator in your company still the same problem.

                                        I have also spoken to customer protection in this regard. (Grahak suraksha - [protected] they have called me. After meeting him, i am going to make an fir on honda's name. You guys have made me fool your service is very poor and prestigious

                                        Now give me another aviator or give me my money.

                                        My aviator running by 2300 km and created my main issue for my aviator back side tyre & engine issue

                                        Already services done 2 time but not resolve issue & every time your guys said (Nai aviator hai to aisi he chalegi, naye engine main aisa problem hai) etc etc
