I brought new honda hornet 160 from gurgaon on 13/7/2016. And all the services done at honda service center on time. But on 20/8/17 the bike having problme in starts and when i take it to the service center they told me that my bikes engine is seize. I don't know how it became seize when the last service done at honda service center before 15 days. And now they repair my bike's engine in warranty but they took 17 days and right now they did not repair and they want more time to do. Now i don't want my bike with engine repair. Please do the needful asap.

    I have purchase activa from vinayak honda baruipur west bengal kolkata on 9 october 2017. They have not provide us temp no or permanent no till date. They are asking no will coming in 2 month. We are not able to drive activa on road due to no not available. Activa is laying at house from purchase date. What is benefit to purchase activa. They are also not told us, other wise we will book 2 month back. Dealer is very bad. Pls closed my issue asap.

      I purchased one honda activate from honda authorise dealer. Krishna vehicles pvt ltd., jind road, sangrur (P. B) on 6.6.2017. They afix non genuine accessory telling me that accessory are genuine. But when i visited for fist free service at sunam center. Then mechanic told me that all the accessories are non genuine. As such krishna vehicles played fraud with me.

        I had my activa serviced from baba honda service center on 24th august. But the matter is whatever problem i had complained about my scooter did not rectified at all. Service center address is - baba honda, ot road, inda, kharagpur, west midnapore. The technician who did check my scooter could not rectify the problems which i registered. They only washed the scooter and delivered. Kindly take stern actions against the person who is responsible for this. Because i had managed few hours from my busy schedule to get my activa serviced. But i had been disappointed..

          I purchased 4g honda activa from shri balaji honda, bahadurgarh (Dealer of honda) on 1st may, 2017 on the name of mr. Sumit bhatia. The registration number is hr13m8797 and engine number is jfs0e85015488.
          The activa got damaged last month and i claimed it by insurance. At that time i was being told that my complete amount will be reimbursed. I paid rs. 7000/- and received rs. 4800/-. What the hell is this? I want my complete amount back else i shall go legally as i belong to a lawyer family.

          Resolve it on priority basis

            My name is b. Ramakrishna, ph:[protected]... I bought a honda activa 4g on 3rd aug 17 in pratul honda, erragadda, hyderabad... At very starting they did teflon coating on the complete dust without cleaning which is having alredy on it, the next it is very muddy on active just becoz of that worst irresponsible teflon coating, but tha workers showing hands for money (Extra).. For this type of irresponsible movements y prathul maintaining that much of nasty staff, workers, supervisors, teamleads... Etc... I gave my activa for first servicing on 1st sept 17 with full day loss. After servicing the vehicle moving with low milage, starting problem. No more water service also.. This type of vihicles are dream to our middle class families. But ther did every moment full irresponsiblity. By seeing my vehicle after service i am serching for spitting on prathul managemnt... I told for executive who called me frm begumpet prathul.. She told to come with my activa again... How they telling like that i dont understand. One full day loss, it is not time pass issue... Nd we are not kids... They are blaming nd collapse honda brand value... They told free service, but they r demanding full of money... It is not prathul, but paisal, paapal, begging money, thefting money from customers, money money money... Worst prathul, especially in erragadda... Just like mental hospital...

            I PURCHASED A TWO WHEELER -HONDA DREAMS YUGA 8 MONTHS BACK NOW THERE IS A NOISE IN THE ENGINE. I GET MY VEH SERVICED FROM BU BHANDARI PUNE BUT DURING THE LAST SERVICING MY BIKE REAR TYRE WAS CHANGED BY THE SERVICE CENTRE PLEASE ADVICE ACCORDINGLY. please contact on my mob no [protected] as email id not being frequently operated.
            Today I went to buy aviator matt silver selene model but showroom sales person are forcing to buy external accessories as I don't need them.               Nizamabad district, bodhan mandal (Sairam honda), i have given my activa 3g bike for servicing and this was my 3rd servicing, they know only to grab money from customers, my bike on 2nd and 3rd servicing they have not done compressor cleaning as well as washing service, i will even attach photos to this complaint, am not the one who is getting this problem, kindly give some response to my complaint

                I bought honda dio scoter in chennai at maansarovar honda show room st. Thomas mount. Chennai 600016. Phone number[protected]. From the initial the scooter quality was worst. That means i am blaming honda. I blame dealer. They give me scooter with broken indicater. After few days i wish to change. But they collect money from me.
                Now main thing is the scooter not starting from every morning. I informed him they advised kick starting.
                This is not correct way to teach me.
                So i request you please take nessary action.
                Others wise i registered case and complaints against you in court. Also i publish all social media. Please take action. My name thiruperumal.

                  On 4th of august i gave my honda cbr150r for solving some technical problems the so called workers made damage to my bike the left clutch lever was broken and the left side head lamp was rough. They delayed the service and we had to wait for a wile when my bike came out of the garage my brother saw that lever as well as the lamp glass was damaged asking them they did no respond well and refunded approx amount of ₹100 from the bill few days after i gave my bike in another showroom of honda and it took approx &150 for one lever and no correction was done to my lamp glass.
                  I got a bit delayed in complaining cause i was not knowing the right procedure to complain.
                  Hope you will take the necessary action

                    No mechanic is available here. Only one is maintaining the whole shop. Waiting for a long time for servicing. The only mechanic is also not professional. He alone doing the whole job washing, servicing, dealing with customers.
                    Very very poor servicing.

                    My honda navi is waiting for 4 hr. And didn't seem to be repair soon. Wtf they have done. This is the # shop plz scold the dealer.

                    Honda your reputation is going down in this area.

                        Hi,

                        This is subodh dharashiokar; i have given my honda activa (Ka-03 ex 7763) for servicing on 29.08.207 at ananda motors, bommanahalli, bangalore, karnataka.

                        I like to bring you in notice, how the dealer cheated me, i was having complaint of
                        1. Horn was not working properly
                        2. Indicators are not working both front and back.

                        However, the executive told me many issue in my bike like:
                        1. One side pulling of bike.
                        2. Unwanted noise from engine.
                        3. Pickup issue.
                        4. Etc...

                        He had given me estimate of 2300 at the time of giving my vehicle for servicing and told me he will give me call if required. I was ok with that. Afternoon he called me and informed me some work needs to be done in engine and it will cost me 3000 more. I said ok but make my vehicle good.

                        Evening i got my activa delivered with invoice no. Ka[protected], amount rs. 4855.02.

                        There was some issue in handle alignment, which was resolved by executive very promptly and i was happy with services.

                        However, when i used my vehicle from honda service center to my home, i noticed horn (Old issue) and speedometer (New issue) are not working. Next day i went to service center and made a complaint about the problems after servicing, executive again took prompt action and checked with technician, and he told me technician forget to assembled speedometer wire, that why it was not working, but now it is rectified and he is sorry for problem. I checked my vehicle and now things were ok.

                        Next, time when i used my vehicle from service center to office i noticed, my vehicle is not taking load and some very bad sound coming from engine. Which was a belt sound. (Chak chak).in addition, whenever i stopped at traffic signal, after starting my bike this sound was coming which was very embarrassing in public, and my bike was running as fast as it should, because the pickup level was zero.

                        I took the vehicle to service center again on 1st of september 2017, to know what they have made changes, causing such new issues. Moreover, the statement given by technician was very surprising, saying we already told you that some work needs to be done in engine and you deny over phone to do that work. Which was not the case. I was ready from first time, whatever executive suggested i agreed to that, now he saying i have denied. Which was very frustrating.

                        I was very upset because i came to this service center first time with complaint of horn and indicator and now, executive, technician made my bike use less, and now they are giving some new estimate of rs. 3000 to 4000. Which made me feel that i was fooled at authorized service center of honda two-wheeler bommanahalli bangalore.

                        I want my bike condition should be back to normal as it was before giving for servicing and compensation of problem i faced due to services center. I have visited the center more than two time because of mistake made by technician and executive.

                        I request you to take prompt action on this case, as this is a case of cheating, if i could visit local garage for the issue i reported they may cost me less than 500, but after paying 4855 (Approx. 5000) at honda service center and giving birth to new issue i am very much upset with this incident.

                        For your reference, i am attaching the invoice copy with this email. If you check the invoice also, they have charged me around rs. 1337 with the description others and miscellaneous, which again make me feel how people are making their business. My sincere request to you please do not make customer fool like this, which make them feel better to give for serving at local vender. Which are more trust worthy than brand name.

                        I request you please take appropriate and let me know the status. Feel free to call me know more as everything i cannot put on email.

                          Sir i have purchased a honda activa 4g on 25/08/2017 from pgl honda, jatni branch. During conversation regarding insurance they told to prove insurance with nd (Nil depreciation) cover catagory. But at the time of delivery of bike documents they regrated that there is no provision of nd (Nil depreciation) cover. They received all money in cash amounting rs.64800 and now they provide me the normal insurance.

                            This I want to bring to your notice that there is poor maintenance service is giving by V.J Honda dealer in Ulhasnagar
                            I have given my Honda active for insurance repair MHO5 -CZ-5520 on 12- Aug-17 there was an normal scratch on front and back left hand side they have taken more than 18 days just to paint that scratch for that I have to call everyday to ask about the status the staff over there is very rude no willingness to help and they have charge me a bill of rs 708/- its like they are there just to fool the customers. First they informed me that we don't wash the vehicles which comes in insurance after complaining to the Customer relationship manager Ashwini Ghosh they agree to wash but still just for name sake they didn't wash it properly they have made a bill of more than rs 3000/- for painting the scratch and charge me rs 708/- we have not told them to stick sticker on our activa they stick it and charge more rs 70/-

                            I have to roam from this person to that person for 3 hours to get my vehicle. Very disappointing V.J Honda (Ulhasnagar) is just fooling the customers extracting money from them in the name of free service and Insurance for every single item they charge money with extra labour charge I don't know if they have charge labour 350/- then why for each work again they charge labour there is an big fraud going on with customers in V.J Honda Pathetic and poor service is provided there they even don't handled the bike properly there is no willingness of staff to help the customers.

                                  It's been 2.5 years since i brought my bike.                                     Dear Sir, my accidental activa HR 05 AK 4093 going to repair on yours dealer named kamlesh honda etah(u.p). But their they lost my accessories(like activa mat, mirrors and handle grip) and on my vehicle they done local paint from outside local painter not done honda authorized paint, and handover me local bill. Which were not accepted by insurance company. So i'm not be able to claim paint charge from insurance comapny.

                                      I have purchased activa 4g from yume honda, old delhi gurgaon road on 18th june, 2017. It has been 2.5 months now and i haven't received my rc.
                                      Every time the showroom staff says some or the other problem. They are not capable enough to handle the customer.
                                      The staff is very careless as they never respond back even on repetitive calling.
                                      I have been charged by the police also because of not having any vehicle number.
                                      It doesn't take this much of time for getting the rc.
                                      Some problem is there with the showroom.
                                      I would suggest not to buy any vehicle from this showroom.
