Today i went to jp motor private limited, 439/42, theseencanj, hardoi road, chowk, lucknow up 226003 for repair of my accidental honda aviator. The service center is situated on triveni nagar sitapur road where as they gave me the payment receipt of some service center situated at hardoi road and then when i asked me to take 10000 charges from my card they said that they will charge 1.8% extra as they have to give this money to bank. I asked them that you are you are carrying the name of india's most prestigious company so dont do this to customer but they were adamant and asked me to pay in cash or give 1.8% extra on the required money. I paid it by card and paid 1.8% extra. Sir as we are moving towards cashless society please take a stern action against them so that there is no harassment of the customer.
