Dear team,

I have done by 3rd free service in the authorized honda service center on 3.5.17

Dealer dugar honda (Teghoria, raghunathpore)
Service center address: 395, amarpalli, south dum dum, kolkata, pin 700055

Next day i found that self-start is not working.

I called service center. Mrs. Moumita mondal asked me to again come to service center.
There mechanic and manager checked the tw and told battery plug point is broken and i have to change it. New battery cost 1500/-

I told that my tw is only 6 month sold and how the battery can be damaged like that after service.

They behaved very arrogantly and told me that i have damaged it and they dont do anything now. After that the mechanic give me the tw with unplugged wearing in battery. Horn and light was not working. Self as well.

I took out the vehicle to an other service center and they repaired my battery and tw started working. But self-start is permanently damaged and not working till date.

I complained to moumita and she stated that manager will be looking for it but till date no response came.

I humbly requesting to look in to this matter as early as possible.

    I have given my bike for servicing to Harmony Honda Service Center Lingampally.

    Problems mentioned :
    1. Chain is making sound
    2. Tail light support seems to be loose
    3. Ignition switch key missing
    4. leg brake needs adjustment.

    Immediately the guy mentioned that whole chain kit need to be replaced
    and it costs around 1300. I requested him to first check if it can be repaired as the sound started just recently after it fell down at my house.

    I went to collect the bike by end of the day, and surprised with the items mentioned in the bill.

    1. Chain kit replaced ( dont know whether it is really needed to go for replacement )
    2. Air filter + spark plug changed ( No intimation at all, When I demanded for an explanation they showed some spoiled filter and made me adjust for the replacement. Not sure if that is mine )
    3. Replaced shoe brake ( I just asked to adjust it as it is just replaced few months back. and further no intimation that they are replacing it )
    4. Engine oil changed ( Again no initimation. Engine oil is changed just 1.5 months back and would have travelled only max 150 - 200Kms after that )

    They ended up in making me a bill of 2356 rupees without any initimation and I am pretty sure that it will not cross[protected] if they do only the needed ones.

    I used to always give the bike in honda service center in kondapur and never had any issue. But this was worst experience.

    Hopefully they would not have spoiled any other invisible parts.

      I bought honda trigger from innovative honda, ahmedabad in may 2015. It was defective product and found some issue in silencer. It took them two months to detect the issue. Replacment took one month. After that after each service i experienced some issue. I was doing regular maintenance at their service centre. Recently i got regular service and after the service my bike started giving lot of smoke from the next day of service. Now the service centre team is telling that there is problem in your engine. Just in two years even after proper maintenance i am facing major issue. What the hell honda is manufacturing. Instead of buying honda i would have bought bajaj in way cheaper price and hassle free ride.

        Am i ever going to get back my honda shine cb mh01 ca 3876 back, which i had given for first service at jhaveri honda sewri... Is this type of pathetic unethical untimely service centers your company prides in running in india.

        Seems like you have unqualified staff at your disposal to add to it they can't take the responsibility in there own hands and address the customer issues. Just give excuses to customer and hide behind it.

        Just want my vehicle back and from next time onwards would be apt to get it repaired service at garages then your service centers... Where it will be handed back in a day or 2 and not keep customers waiting and begging for there own assets.

        Complete waste of time and money to buy honda product it seems

          And please check their stock, in his accessories stock totally duplicate.

          Punja honda said us csd customers are headache for us, its burden on us. Their is no margin (Zero profit agt sale of csd vehicle and institutional sale). Its unnecessary burden on our head by our honda company

            Want to buy Honda Activa 125cc scooter but only one colour is available at showroom that is gray mat finish colour, when asked when it's available in different colors, the showroom owner of Suri Birbhum, I.e.NBDP Honda told me that they has given already advance amount for getting Honda Activa 125cc but not getting in proper time, after 10-15days it will be available, so please look after this matter as on urgent basis so that I can get my activa 125cc very soon.

              I have purchase honda activa 3g since 14/07/2015 in innovative motors pvt. Ltd. (Below tv-9 build, maruti arcade,. Nr. Baldev nager bus stop, jivraj park, ahmedabad, gujarat 380051)

              I am all service done by innovative motors pvt. Ltd. (Jivraj park, ahmedabad, gujarat 380051) and regular engine oil change advise for service adviser

              Some few days clutch (L/h) side noise, so i have visit
              My nearest innovative motors pvt. Ltd. Visat petrol pump, sabarmati check my vehicle and answering me (Mr. Rahul - works head incharge) your vehicle rubber, clutch is broken so there parts change & sound is stop, so i asking change the part but, sound is not stop & his head technician (Mr. Himmat solanki) asking your belt is spoil,

              I am asking in product department your material is very well spoil is this honda material...?

              Pls solve it my problem as well as soon..

                  I am facing following problems from the first day of purchasing bike

                  Problem before first free services are
                  1. Starting problem in the morning.
                  (Solved but partially not completely, when purchase bike they were that as this is winter season the problem will come for few more days but now as per my knowledge it is now summer….)

                  2. High engine noise when bike runs beyond 40 km speed.
                  (Problem remain same from purchasing of bike to first service to second service to third service and still continue)

                  3. Speedometer niddle vibrates very badly after 40 km spped.
                  (Problem remain same from purchasing of bike to first service to second service to third service and still continue)

                  4. Clutch setting was not proper, bike produces very noise before releasing clutch.
                  (Solved after 3rd service)

                  5. Sometimes it is surprise while shifting the gears, when i am driving vehicle on 2nd gear and as soon as i try it for 3rd gear automatically 4th gear comes.
                  (Solved after 3rd service)

                  No pick up (Forget about the mileage, i am not expecting the mileage as i knew its mileage but i have purchased this bike as i drive this bike from 2 years then decided to purchase, but no use now).
                  (Problem remain same from purchasing of bike to first service to second service to third service and still continue)

                  6. Even it does not take pickup on flyovers in the city.

                  7. Very high gear knocking problems even on second gear.

                  8. My bike runs smoothly only for single person, when it comes to drive with 2 person then it really feel very uncomfortable.
                  (Problem remain same from purchasing of bike to first service to second service to third service and still continue)

                  It has been 7 months now i had kept my bike more than 3 times for servicing and the show room keeps the bike and returns to me stating that all the problems are rectified, but still all the problems remain the same.

                  Last time when i spoke to the service manager, he ensured me that he will solve the problem. They also change the head gascade stating that the problems will be solved but no use.
                  I am requesting you to please look in the matter.

                      Hi i am yasin shaikh from vasco, goa, india... Guys i had given my bike unicorn 150 cc for service in honda showroom in vasco, goa, india. They have not change engine oil in my bike so after that from my bike silencer smoke was coming then after 2 days while coming from work on d way my bike stop not working at all
                      Then after came to know that they have not change engine oil in my bike... But at the time of service they have charge for oil also i have everything bill n all...
                      Like this case this was happen once same here to me to my bike last 2 years back... At that time i had given complain they have open engine an all... And my bike was fully gone...
                      So after that i ignored they have done everything ready my bike and given to me... After 2 years same mistake they repeated...

                      This is pathetic service...

                      This is my second time same thing happen to me... This time they are not co-operating... They are saying that they will change engine oil and that's it and nothing else... And remaining i have to see about engine cost - blister and everything... So tomorrow i'll visit again an dif they are not co-operating i'll put case on them...

                      Guys i'll advice you all please see if your giving for service please give it on your risk...

                      Once you give your bike to service in honda service your bike gone...

                        I have taken this scooter on 5th december 2016
                        Service is done twice and both the time i had the complain about the
                        Meter of tank is not working : if the petrol tank is empty then the meters needle shows that its full because of that i have suffered lot of problem and the second complain is there is some noise coming from the back tyre. They have not repaired as well as they have ignored it. I have bad experience with the service they have given.

                        Please do look after it and give us the service as fast as possible.

                          My honda activa i met with a small accident and i handed over the activa to the tuticorin service centre by driving the same as it was in running condition. Job card open date : 17/03/2017, engine no. Je48e80190549,
                          Reg. No. Tn69al8609, model name : scv110he, color : red,
                          Sale date : 10/09/2014, dealer : sgj bikes / tuticorin. They have given estimate for an amount of rs.9900.25 for claiming insurance. The insurance company approved the estimate. But, even after a lapse of two months they did not turned up for my queries about the vehicle whether it is ready for road, they won't even reply.

                            Customer name :- pravin bhosale
                            Dealer name :- kanase honda, satara, maharashtra

                            Issue :- file not processed further by dealership. (Huge mistake by employee)

                            1:- booked and paid whole amount of bike on 22/04/2017.
                            2:- submitted all document and ask them that i want bike on 28/04/2017 and passing formalities needs to be completed so i can get number asap.
                            3:- on 28/04/2017 delivery time came to know that passing not done by dealership. (Giving unprofessional reasons)
                            4 :- on 29/04/2017 i forcefully completed passing formality.
                            5:- i wait of registration number.
                            6:- on 15/05/2017 i called dealership for registration number not yet received so came to know that the passing file is with dealership only.
                            7:- so i registered complaint in call center.
                            8:- on 15/05/2017 dealership called and asked me to visit and submit the document for passing again. (Why???)
                            9:- no reply form call center (Helpline) (Is it???)
                            10 :- why should i suffer due to dealership un-professional behaviour???
                            11:- want to know what action honda will take against the dealership???

                              I booked Honda CB Unicorn 160 on 28th April 2017 at MyWings Honda, Kothrud, Pune retail outlet.

                              I was told then that the waiting is for a month. I visited the outlet yesterday and there was no update at all. The team there had no clue on when the delivery was expected.

                              This is really unprofessional either from your retailer or Honda or both. You cannot expect your customer to wait indefinitely like this. Though I understand BS IV issue, this is not acceptable.

                              Can you please provide an update and help me with the delivery at the earliest ? Details provided below.

                                  I have purchased honda activa 3g from muthoot honda palarivattom, cochin branch on 02.02.2017. Vehicle showing starting issue from the initial day. With in one month time it got breakdown with not starting. Service centre people case and took the vehicle. After one week vehicle returned saying the battery was replaced. But it is not mentioned in the job sheet and invoice. Only proof is an empty battery carton shown to me. With in month the vehicle was break down due to the same reason. Now it is in the service centre.
                                  If the vehicle is kept idle for one day, next day morning it will not start on normal way. My daily life is affected and i need this vehicle should be replaced for refund the amount.

                                    I bought my 2wheeler on 28 the March and was promised to get by number with in a week but today 16 the may I have still not received it . It's almost more then 45 days still no registration no. My husband visit s the showroom every alternate day but each day they ask is to wait for 2 more days. Those who have bought it in May 2017 have also received their registration no. I request to take action on it as we tired being after them for number.

                                    I had booked my Honda Activating on 24th March from Honda 21 located at Mohili village, opp. bMC school, , Andheri Ghatkopar link road, Sakinaka, Mumbai 400072 and got delivery on 28th March was promised to get the registration 5th April but till date not received. I and my husband are fed up with follow up but no positive action. I request you to look into this matter and take action immediately

                                      Hi.. I order some of the parts of my bike cbr 250r.. And its more than 2 weeks i have order... They told me the parts will receive in 5 days... Then i went back to them.. They told it will take another 3 days
                                      . I waited 3 days more.. And then they tells me that order has not yet came... They told me for wait for another 2 days.. Then i went yesterday for my parts.. They told again parts not yet came.. Bt sure i will get tomorrow dats means today.. Now they are telling me it will take more 1 week.. And i had word with customer relation manger.. Bt she us not bother... She tells u have to wait.. And the stall of parts provider are very rude... They haven't taken the order on my name and number.. And i had face many problems with honda for not getting the parts at right time on which they havr committed date... And they dont know which part i have order... And i have done the advance payment for that... The dealer name is bhavna honda at nerul, navi mumbai, maharashtra
