Honda 2 Wheelers India — complaint against poor performance of honda cb shine sp bike and bad servicing at service center.

Dear sir/madam,

I am arunendra singh chauhan, purchased honda bike cb shine sp on 31 march 2016. When i purchased, bike was awesome in almost every aspects. But after few days of first service, performance got down like mileage, at 60 km/h speed engine vibration got increases tremendously/soundly. On second service, i complaint against this problem but they just fool me and give me accuse that it happen & after one week, same problem got started.

Before 3rd service of bike, so many problem got arise along with previous one (Like back light cover glass fall down itself, lock system loose, too much engine vibration, start problem etc).. So again on 3rd service at service center, i complaint. But for few complain like key lock, back light cover glass they charged me and for rest, they again gave me accuse that it happen and gave me a temporary solution and after few days again the same problem got arise.

Bcoz of these problem, i always made service before time but still on six service, i list the complaints (Like coming of voice from the engine, engine soundly vibrate on top gear after 60 km/h speed, pick up has been down, mileage, starting problem) to service center and but they don't solve the problem, again they accuse me that it happen in all honda bike and again fool me and give temporary solution, service man didn't try to solve any single problem seriosly.

And now after one week of 6th service, performance get worst/very poor, voice from engine and engine vibration get increased too muchh, pickup get reduced very much and bikes runs very heavy, starting problem is still remain and one more problem in self-start raised.

So i complaint against the bike because problem got start arising after first service but at service they tell me it happen and problem got increase, service by service.

And

Also my complaint against the service center, because at/on service center, they never try to solve the problem they gave me the accuse that it happen in honda bikes.

So please, i request you to take action against both complaint and change or repair my bike completely as soon as possible
