I would like to highlight a quality issue on the honda activa 4g from lodha motors chrompet chennai, found paint removed on extra fitting item due to without phosphating.
Pls. Refer the attached file above and kindly support to us, regarding this issue.
Hence please provide me the details of how these parts are escaped from your final inspection? I know you have well controlled final inspection... Pl. Clarify / explain...
So kindly inform your supplier & replace those parts.
