When you will contact, since 5th oct. My activa is standing in yume service centre. No response from your side. What is your objective of customer response time, 5 years or 10 years! Very bad service. It was my mistake that i was purchased honda product. Next time i wil remimber. Third class service. I am traying same feedback, i will give to japan management also.
