The depot placed in munger near konark cinema bihar -811214 working personal in this depot is not able to give a good smile to customers if about bike. Even accessories faulty can be seen in front of customer and dealer but they can't get responsibility that what to do instead blackmail customer. Huh they telling they can give a written about bike it will be seen faulty in next 5 days. If this is customer satisfaction or working person problem or the company. They simply telling customer is not good. Even i already have another honda shine for 4½ years and there is no problem from bike and my driving.. I complaining just because my hurt feeling about. Hornet 160 carburetor is over flowing and my fuel tank had also been junked and its engine was also giving us sound problem and I run my bike only 11000km in 1.5 yrs it still under warranty
