Dear Sir/Madam This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased the honda activa from below agency two years back. My Vehicle Name ACTIVA 125 INVOICE NO MP01BA418V0454 Dealer Name Bhopal Garage and Service Station Dealer Address: Berasia Road, Bhopal, MP-462001 Dealer Code: MP010004 Telephone Number [protected] The vehicle started giving me the problem from the time I purchased it This vehicle has gone to agency several times from the time it has been purchased but every time this was being returned to me after keeping in the agency for several days.This is just to torture the customer to keep the vehicle in the custody for longer time in the name of extensive checking. The customer care team only register the case and do not provide any information on my concern.They even do not even provide the contact number of Honda official and also no official from Honda calls back inspire of several request made.I had left no option except contacting the agency only.The agency ask us to simply deposit the vehicle in the name of checking. Please look into my concern and support me in this issue as being a lady I am finding very difficult to manage the defective vehicle which is being sold to me.I feel that Honda has cheated me and I am not getting any proper support from them.
