Dear Sir,

I am Sreehari Kundella from Hyderabad. I am writing this letter be half of my wife Mrs.Nagalakshmi Kundella. I bought Activa 3G on 10th Feb, 2016 at Fortune Honda Sainikpuri, Hyderabad.
Show room people delivered the vehicle evening at 6:00 PM. They delivered the defective vehicle to me.I noticed that there is a sound coming when I start the vehicle from engine like "tak tak tak tak".
I assumed that is the new vehicle that is why it is giving that type of sound. I waited 4 four days.But the sound is coming continuously.
I visited show room on 15th Feb, 2016 informed the same.They said " There is a problem with RPM, we will solve the problem".
They have taken the vehicle for three hours and returned the vehicle.At the time of returning the vehicle I did not found any sound after starting the vehicle.
But I found the sound again when I reach the home.There is a new problem created. When I start the vehicle engine is stopping in fraction of seconds.I found the sound "tak" and engine is stopping.
If I rise the vehicle then engine is stopping.If I do not rise the vehicle then engine is stopping automatically.
I have faced many problems at traffic signals.I have informed the same to vehicle show room on 16th Feb, 2016.
Sales executive is silent when I informed the problem.He did not provide the proper solution for that.
I contacted showroom manager.
He is saying that " It will take 3-5 days to resolve the issue. You can handover the vehicle to the service and created job sheet". He did not provide the assurance after servicing the vehicle for the solution.
I asked him, "If I handover the vehicle then you will resolve the issue, Can you give me assurance the problem will not repeat after servicing?"
He is silent and He did not replied for that.
Its a new vehicle not crossed at least 1 week.Then How It will take 3-5 days to resolve the issue if it is not defective vehicle.
Manager is saying that, " we did not know the problem, we need to check".
I asked him to replace the vehicle which is in good condition.
Manager Said "No".
What I need to do with the defective vehicle. I bought new vehicle right. Why its giving many problems.
How they do not know the problem, Are they fully trained persons or not.

I have given the vehicle for service to fix the issue on 16th Feb, 2016. They have delivered the vehicle on 17th Feb, 2016. At the time of delivery they said, " It wont give any problem next time".
After servicing the vehicle its worked fine 3 days and the problem happened again from 21st Feb, 2016. I have reported the problem on 22nd Feb, 2016. Again they have taken the vehicle for service and delivered the vehicle on 25th Feb, 2016.
After delivering the vehicle the same problem happened after 30 mins when I reach the office.

They are unable to replace the vehicle and Service Head said " we wont replace the vehicle, we will do the service only". I already reported to them the problem happened three times within 11 days from purchasing the vehicle.

How many times I need to contact the service center if the problem will be happened every time. This is not make sense. Every time I need waste my time. I want replace the vehcile.

I have contacted Honda Customer care service 3 times: Ticket Nos: 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]


Finally, They have delivered defective product.That is why they are not providing proper solution and they did not test and service the vehicle before delivery.

I have paid huge amount not one rupee or two rupee.I have saved 1 rupee and 1 rupee and bought the vehicle.They is a lots of pressure behind.
Why the showroom people are avoiding customer's concerns.They will give more information at the time of purchasing.After purchasing the vehicle they will forget and they will not resolve the problems, they did not provide proper information.
What is that mean?
They are targeting about sales only, not customer service.They are not delivering the good condition vehicle.

I really dissatisfied with the service.

I am requesting you to take the action on the showroom and honda motors and replace the good condition vehicle to me if it is not possible kindly refund the amount. Please find the attached documents.

What is the status of complaint?
Same issue facing. Purchased Honda CB Shine 125CC Grey color in September 2018. Bring their notice from first service on wards and sent lot of mails to . Lot of problems faced. As you said they will ask the bring vehicle after testing simply declare no issues. We will monitor.
Finally in June 2021 honda service center asking me to replace engine and major parts. Cost is around Rs.20, 000/-. Vehicle age is 2.9 Years old. Requested them do it under warranty and kept my vehicle 10 days at service center. Finally they are offering discount.
Previously used Honda CB Shine 125CC Black color from 2010 to 2018.
