Honda 2 Wheelers India — delay in parts | |||
Hello sir I'm sarath. S an owner of honda cbr 250. (Kl-09 ab 7073). I wanted to mention you that the service provided by ghani honda service centre in palakkad kerala is very much pathetic and irresponsible. My bike had met with accident and i had given it for service in the centre on 13 november 2017 for claiming my insurance but still no action is been taken and is still pending till date. No response is given by the centre. The reason they are giving for the delay is that the parts are not available at the time and the stock is yet to come. I'm in a fix that how can a indian production bike parts is not available and why is it taking delay of this much time. I request you to kindly take strict action on the same and please be kind enough to to the necessary action as soon as possible. Yours faithfully Sarath. S Was this information helpful? | |||
