Honda 2 Wheelers India — engine oil leakage problem - honda motorcycle sp 125 with front disc and rear drum (disc) bs vi

Hi team,

I want to inform you that i have brought the honda motorcycle sp125 with front disc and rear drum (Dix) bsvi at jsp auto motiv, kukatpally, hyderabad, telangana on 10.12.2019 vide tax invoice number ap01000519v08085.

We have found that there is engine oil leakage from engine (Reading at 1000 kms) then i went to service center on 13.01.2020 (Monday), the service center representative told me that we don’t have right to open the engine to check engine oil leakages we will inform to honda company bout this then they will come and check the engine.

Service representative told me that you need not to keep your bike here take the vehicle and come when we will call to you to attend the vehicle for checking after festival (Sankranthi festival 14th 15th and 16th of january 2020).

On 30th service center persona mr. Kalyan (Contact[protected]) called me to attend the vehicle for engine checking and will be delivered within 2-3 hours. Then i went to showroom given my bike same day at 2:00 o’clock to the respective person and came back to my office.

After that day i have follow up them every day but they are not responded properly nearly one week, some time they told me that we don’t have spares to resolve this issue and we are waiting for spares, on 5th of february i have called to them (Mr. Sunil, service incharge, contact [protected]) many times for my bike, because i am getting traveling problems and mental trauma due to late comings to office. However after my many requests they has ready my bike and given same day at 7:00 o’clock.

After few days i found same problem i don’t why it’s happened again and doubt they repaired or not. I have informed again respective persons regarding this but no one has responded yet regarding this.

I am regular customer of honda vehicles but i never faced such kind of issues in any one of my vehicle.

Hence, i requesting you to treat this message on top priority and resolve my bike problem immediately.
