Honda 2 Wheelers India — Exorbitant charges and poor service | |||
In 2012 I purchased my dream Honda Aviator scooter from ISHANA HONDA showroom in Tenkasi for sales officer Babu. On June 25, 2021 I contacted Babu and requested him to service my scooter since it had developed starting trouble. After handing overy my scooter for repair I had to repeatedly visit the showroom only to be informed that the repair is yet not completed. Finally after 32 days of continuous follow-up my scooter was ready on August 3, 2021. I also paid in full the exorbitant charges of 16450.00. Again on August 5, 2021 the scooter developed the same complaint and I reported the issue to Babu immediately. After inspecting my scooter Babu presented a repair estimate of 1600. I was extremely shocked to witness that now your company was totally looting me for no fault of mine. I am 73 years old retired government school teacher and living on hand to mouth existence. I am deeply shocked and now deprived of my mobility. Without the scooter i am an handicapped. May I request your kind intervention, help and support in repairing my scooter without any more cost.
