Honda 2 Wheelers India — Faulty gear shifting on Honda CB 350 RS

i am disappointed with the faulty gear shifting of my CB 350 RS. My gear got locked while i was riding on the 4th gear and after having survived the ordeal i was totally dismayed over the feed back given by the workshop in charge. The episode happened a week ago with my CB 350 gear getting locked while in motion. I have a AMC in motion for the past two year and just 4 days before the harrowing episode I had taken my bike to the workshop to fix my horn issue and also check my bike as I go on long rides . I was informed that that there is a clutch problem but the workshop incharge informed me I could ride for another 800 km as they do not have the part in their store. Now, I fail to understand why as a customer who has always cared for his bike and never compromised on safety Honda Big Wing just dismisses this clutch issue and releases my bike. I missed a fatal accident which would result in my death or permanent physical injuries. I was told I need to pay for the repairs done. Now, I beg to differ on this. As I was denied spare parts and never in my riding have I encountered a gear being locked like the Honda CB 350 which is life threatening. I request you to look into the issue as this amounts to poor safety standards by Honda and faulty decisions by the workshop incharge. I have also noticed that wear and tear parts are not available in the Honda big wing store in goa. I will not pay for something which is purely faulty Honda rs 350 gear locking due to the negligence on the part of the Honda workshop. I have survived and would like to relay this episode to Honda Big Wing authorities to take stock of the gear locking issue of the Honda CB350 which could be life threatening to all Honda riders.
