Honda 2 Wheelers India — faulty piece sold and no action is taken against it.

This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased an activa scooter from balaji auto, navi peth, pune on 14th of november 2017.
The bike was in perfect condition for just three weeks and then it started giving the starting problem and the kick start of new bike does not work at all.
When i complained to the above dealer abot the starting problem he said he would settle the problem during companies first free service.
I gave him the bike for first service week later he kept the bike with him for a day and assured that the problem was now solved. But second say itself the bike did not start when again contacted the dealer he would collect the bike where stopped keep the bike with him for 2 days and would say the bike is checked by me and the problem is solved. This happened almost every alternate day.
Lastly he kept the bike for 2weeks and returned the bike to me saying now it is starting and would not give problem again incase it happens don worry the bike takes time for new part to get settled.
The bike was then due for second service and free second service was done with problem not solved.
No amount of explaination of starting problem was rectified inspite of giving the new bought bike for repair again and again.
After many arguements later when contacted the honda tollfree customer care with ticket number 1-[protected] on 21st of april 2018 when advised us to give the bike to authorized service centre, pashankar, navi peth, pune for 3rd service and gave his the full history of the past
Pashankar solved the problem to some extent but the bike was then workin properly only for few weeks and exclaimed tht he would correct it in next service for the remaining problem.
Then came the fourth service with same problem problem when contacted the head of department and manager they said they will keep the bike under observation for few days and even the authorized dealer could not solve the problem.
The honda tollfree customer care was contacted again with ticket no. 1-[protected] and also assured that the head department will soon contact in 24hrs but no response from their side too.
Pashankar manager navi peth now insisted on submission of previous 2job card for service done to settle the problem... When contacted the first dealer balaji auto he said the original papers are discarded inspite of bike being under warranty period.
Now tell me why should i suffer in between the 2dealer and what action is to be taken for discarded document.???
All i want is to have my problem solved before the warrant period and would also request to issue a new bike for faulty peice sold.
I request you to kindly look into the matter as the reputation of your company is at stake.
