Dear all honda customers, I am a family member of honda since 5-6 years by bought activa. But on 11th july 18 i bought grazia model but unhappy with defected scooty, customer support and service dealer. This is shameless/negative service recieved by yume honda wazirabad and tollfree no executive. There is no communication process of senior person to discuss such issue. Worst service provided from honda for new grazia. Recommend to buy activa rather than grazia model as company not able to serve service for parts and other regular service. Facing problem from bought day no body is hear to solve such issue Less average Defected speedometer agreed by service centre Wiring issue - gets bike suddenly off while riding No customer support No senior authority escalation or communication. I request to honda to take such defected product and refund my money after wear and tear depreciated value. Thanks in advance. Lastly as per garzia user - i recommend only trust honda activa rather than grazia. Company is not able to provide parts or service on time.
