Haven't got my Registration Book yet, bought my honda dio on April 26th and now the date is 3rd July . 2 months completed and few days as well . Honda showroom takes gurentee for the RC book but now still I am struggling to get. Showroom people's are saying don't take vecihle out either you will be fined and we are not responsible .
