Dear honda team, This is for your kind attention that, i am writing my below complaints for your consideration. I purchased activa 4g on 13 of march 2017 from your dealer (Universal honda, naroda) I faced many problems in that, 1) horn switch is not working properly/ sometimes horn not working. 2) tail light not work in just 30 days after purchased. 3) vibration is occur during starting of ride. 4) company shows that, the fuel average is 60 kmph. But actual average is 40 kmph. We know that 60 is hard to get but you have to working on that to give average at least 50 kmph. I want to short out my issues of my activa & give me positive reply to short out my problems. I just invest 64519/- i. N. R and within 3 months i faced this type of problems it is not acceptable. Waiting for your positive reply & give me schedule when your team short out my issue. I hope we will close my issue on this stage and i dont have to go for or dont have to take next further steps to rise this issues. I attached here my invoice copy for your reference.
