I am reaching out to you about a serious concern about one of the Honda dealer from where I have purchased Honda Activa scooter (purchased on 30th March 2020) from Bhavana Autowheels Pvt. Ltd. Dealer code- MH200002, Sector 19. Ulwe, Navi Mumbai-410206.

Concern:
With in less than a year the scooter is malfunctioning, wheel drum rusted, foot pad rusted multiple visit to dealer and every time promises to replace but does not repair or replace. last time i visited to the dealer and to my shock Service man called local goon to threaten me and shouted not o come again with any complaint about scooter. It is terrifying to me with such a service and misbehaviors by dealer and staff not resolving the customer issue.
