Honda 2 Wheelers India — honda activa service issue | |||||
Dear sir, I purchased honda activa from a local dealer in pcmc satnam motors on 25/10/2017, i gave my activa for servicing after 925 kms to above dealer and he passed it to yug honda service in kalewadi. We visited this place for delivery of our vehicle and found the engine open, when asked they told that there is some wiring issue and will take 2 days to resolve, however when we visited the service centre after 2 days we were told that the vehicle has been moved to yug honda's wakad service centre. We went at wakad service centre and were told that it will take more 2 days and we have to pay rs 350 for oil change we agreed for the same and returned back and again we visited the service centre yesterday we shocked to see that thje engine was still kept open and when asked we were told that the wiring was damaged by rats and we have to pay rs 1200/- for new wiring and this amount is after discount as actual price was rs 1900/-. We told why we were not told this by previous service centre and 2 days back, and moreover we do not have any rats near our place and we refused to pay the charges as the vehicle is just 2 months old. They refused for service. Kindly need your help for the same or we need to go for further action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
