Honda 2 Wheelers India — Honda hornet 160r spare parts unavailable in any stores/service centers in odisha | |||
I have purchased a pearl blue color honda hornet 160r from "durga honda, cuttack, odisha" in early march 2016. The sad part is that in an accident i have damaged my front mud guard, headlight fairing and petrol tank fairing (Left side bearing the honda logo). Although the bike being launched in late 2015, still now there is 0 availability of spare parts of the bike in major part of india. Wherever i am inquiring from odisha to kolkata. I have been told to wait 15-30 days for they have to order and it will take the latter time for the order to arrive. I work in a competitive cellphone network service provider, we take sincere care about operations and maintenance and run rounds and rounds of tests prior launching a project. My question is why do you launch a product if you don't equip your service centers with even essential spare parts related to the product!!! Very disappointed with this type of service. I am not going to suggest honda to anyone. The best products with worst service is no product at all!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
