Honda 2 Wheelers India — Honda Hornet 2.0 issue | |||
Dear Sir, I have came across frustrating and poor customer service from dealers and especially the bike service center. 7 Months ago ( Nov 2020 ) I have bought Honda hornet 2.0 BS6 from S.R HONDA Jawalagiri Main Road, THALLY - 635 118. By Paying full payment Rs 1, 56, 000/- but it was totally worthless. Bez from last 5 months into i have faced too much of troubles by bike. I faced SENSOR problem first time. I contacted service center. They took to repair and returned within 2 days. After some days again one more problem started about KEY SET again i informed in showroom and to repair that, they took nearly 1 Month. I was very upset but Ok after i thought here after there will be no problem about my new bike. But the issue are endless, Yes frequently the problems are rising. As you know for bike HEAD LIGHT is too important while riding bike during night time. That is also not working properly including that SIDE STAND is totally detected and also there is a formation of dust in some parts. Totally my bike is in very bad condition. I can't face all these troubles in my busy schedule so i left my bike in showroom . From last 1 week into till date there is no proper response. We are so passionate about our bike and also too important to go for job. Finally I requested to accept my complaint and take a proper action on respective Honda showroom to give my bike with proper condition and should not repeat any issues again.. i kindly request you sir ..
