Hello,
On July 12th we booked Honda Optima HX (Dual battery) Grey for the price Rs 58, 950. we paid Rs 2, 999 as booking amount and remaining balance that needs to be paid while taking delivery that is Rs 55, 981. And mentioned it will be delivered within 45 days. After 100 days now vehicle is available and Warangal dealer is asking us to pay extra Rs 10, 000 that is Rs 65, 981+ Insurance+RTO+Bumpermat=74, 680 inorder to take the delivery. He is mentioning that the cost price has went up and now you have to pay. This is not fair. First complaint is it was not delivered within 45 days and second one is charging Rs 10, 000 extra.
