Dear sir/ma'am I had purchased a honda cliq scooty from m/s pooja honda mettupalayam tamilnadu i had given my vehicle for first free service at the service center. They didn't have the courtesy to call and inform the status. I had called them and their executive told me the vehicle is ready but when i reached their venue they made me wait for 2 hrs. I booked an activa i on 31 December 2017 & they delivered one day delay with many scratches & silencer gaurd were broken in it. Actually I was worked at the same concern as service advisor but this makes my TRUST on Honda to disappear. Please HONDA atleast make customer satisfied...thank you
