Honda 2 Wheelers India — Honda shine bs6 abnormal noise from engine while vehicle is moving

I purchased a HONDA SHINE BS6 vehicle on 21st SEP 2020 at Kakinada in Andhra pradesh. Within 2-3 days, I have observed abnormal sounds from the Engine when the vehicle is in running mode. Informed the dealer SRIDEVI HONDA on OCT2nd, 2020 over Phone. Completed 1st free service at 945km
on 9th Oct 2020 at APPLE HONDA, Peddapuram, Andhra Pradesh. Informed them about the sound, but they have done normal service and were not able to rectify the complaint. Called Sridevi Honda, Kakinada and had taken the vehicle to their service center. Their Service Manager Mr.Sekhar Reddy had test riden the vehicle and he said there is abnormal sound in the engine and there is manufacturing defect for which clutch related part need to be replaced. He said it will take 15 days time to get the part. I followed up with them after 1month they replaced the part, but the same sound from engine persisted after replacing the part also. Once again I have taken the vehicle to the service center within 5days and informed that still their is abnormal sound. They have kept the vehicle for 2days, but still the same sound is continuing. Complained to customer care no: [protected] on Dec 3rd vide ticket no: 1-[protected] informed them about the entire situation. They in turn called the Authorized Dealer Sridevi Honda, Kakinada to resolve the complaint. But the complaint persisted. Still the complaint is not resolved, but the online customer care center had sent a message repeatedly on every complaint raised that the above ticket refernce complaint is resolved.
