Honda 2 Wheelers India — Honda unicorn ABS-BSVI (Gear shifting problem)

I recently bought Honda unicorn ABS-BSVI 160cc(inv no. TN38000122V0064) . Facing Gear shifting problem from delivery date fourth gear not shifted mostly getting neutral during running (10 times of shifting the gear 5 times getting failure and 5 times shifted good) . Due to the gear shifting problem near miss from the road accident 2 times, i emotional dipressed.
1. During first service the problem was not rectified.
2. During compliant service 1, they told me the gear shifting problem will be automatically resolve.
3. After 1000 km of running from the 1st compliant service, I did 2nd complaint service today the problem yet remains.
