Sir,
I am informing them for the last few months to get the RC SMART CARD for my bike ( (Ticket no[protected]. I am unable to get any positive response nither from dealer i.e Velocity Honda, Howrah nor from Honda Two wheeler company till date. For your kind information, i bought this bike on 31th October 21 by bank finance ( Ref Regn no WB12BT9603)

      Very sad and unhappy to tell you that i have bought one honda activa from Rahul Honda Showroom located at karnal, haryana about 7 to 8 days back.

      I am facing some noise problem in the activa and tried calling the concern person in the showroom but not getting any response and even not picking up by phone call.

      Very unhappy with the services of honda even for the new activa purchased.

        It is to submit that i had purchased Honda Unicorn Bike from Honda Regency Jammu, J&K on[protected]. That the battery of bike is repeatedly creating nuisance by breaking down suddenly and is creating problem for me even before the completion of 01 year.

        Now, i request that my battery may kindly be replaced with a new one as the same is under Guarantee, so that i may not suffer anymore.

          I purchased a honda Activa In 2020, After 2nd service, started the gare oil leakage so went to the Spandana Honda showroom located in Kanchikacherla -521180 and the mechanic told me the bolts are loosed and I made it tight..

          Again, after 3 days I noticed the same issue and went to the Spandana Honda showroom located in Kanchikacherla -521180 again and the same mechanic repaired but still issue was not resolved.

          After that, I changed the showroom from Kanchikacherla to Vijayawada Benz circle due to unhappy service and I explained the issue history to the mechanic and handed over the scooty but even they also didn’t resolve the issue.

          Scooty: Active 6G, Model 2020. Number: AP39GC2737.

          I prefer to do service only in Honda showroom because of the quality service but now a day it's not there. I never expected this kind of service from honda. I am expecting a permanent solution to this..I spent the amount for service but the issue not getting resolved.

          Currently, I am moved to Tirupati ..

            Sir,

            Today I have visited Ratna Honda, Bajrapara, Jalpaiguri-735101, West Bengal for my bike engine oil lickage problem at morning and evening time. In the evening time when I have again visited the service centre, the service executive personnel and staff of the service centre have informed me that Engine had to open to solve the problem but they were not able to repair the engine problem due to unavailability of parts which is to fixed / install inside the engine and the engine oil is burning too speedy and licking too fast.In this situation if I ride the bike again two more days engine will be ceased forever.Although the service executive has assured me that they have already placed a order to Honda Company for this parts and will get the same shortly.Then they will be able to repair my bike.All the conversation was verbal.They behaved politely and try to make me satisfied.I have no complain against the Ratna Honda or their service executive personnel.My complain is against the Engine.Being a 7month aged engine, how it could be possible to lick the engine oil for third time it was completely disappointing.Engine has a manufacturing defect.So how this motorcycle could have been sold to me from Honda Company being a renowned company. I could never expect this problem from Honda. Engine had to open today within seven(7) month from the date of purchase, this is unexpected from honda and how it is possible. And there is no garranty for 100% solution( once it has opened within seven month) and it is expected that more engine issues will be found in future again and again and I will be harassed and in problem.My all the second is valuable as I am the state government public servant, so I am to stay connected with public always for public service. But in this situation, as I have no alternative motor vehicle at my house, i shall not be able to serve for public for transportation gap.
            In view of the above, it is possible for me to carry on or ride this bike in future having engine trouble (which is already disassembled today ) which may occurred accident at any time at any where.But i can't put my life in risk and I am the only earning member of my house so I don't want to take risk by riding this type of engine defective bike which may snatch my life.
            So my demand is to replace the bike or reimburse/refund my bike price amounting to Rs 1, 62, 300.00 in favour of me which I paid to showroom in the time of bike purchase. My dream, to ride honda renowned motorcycle is completely over after experiencing this type of problem in newly purchase high CC bike.Make sure, i will never make running partner to Honda Motorcycle ever. Still, I can't imagine a newly purchased motorcycle from Honda may get in engine problem(engine oil lickage) for three times back to back within the bike's full life span from the date of purchase may be in problem again in future.Disassemble of Engine for repairing within seven month from the date of purchase cant be fare and as it is disassembled once, this is not possible to assemble the engine 100% successfully by any third tire fitter or repairer as like company has installed in the time of bike purchase. Could you say, why should I ride this type of bike which engine is manufacturing defective after paid Rs. 1, 62, 300.09

            It is also mentioned here that repairing of the newly purchased bike engine is not my solution or satisfaction.
            Again I am to inform you that my complain is not against the showroom or service executive personnel. They are too much cooperative and behaved politely.They have tried lots to make me satisfied and assured me to repair the same.But my one stand point is same and will never be changed.So my legitimate or legal demand is to fulfill as soon as possible by your kind end. If my demand is not successful still i have different open way to move on.

            In this regard, your kind cooperation and consideration is highly expected and you are requested to take necessary action as soon as possible and oblige

                  Hello,

                  This is Ashish Sharma from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I bought activa 6g GJ 01 VS 7103 from Chandkheda, Ahmedabad branch in the month of May 2022. Recently I had an accident on activa due to which my habd got fracture & activa also got enough damage. I spoke with the insurance executive named Sitpal with Ph #[protected] works at Sabarmati, Ahmedabad branch. He is stating that (Chipiya) steering stem or front fork (I'm unsure about the exact word for chipiya in english) is band & he already got it through once but it's still band. Now he's saying thar he will get it reopen to re-through it again. Now my concern is that I've 0 dep policy with icici lombard & I didn't pay the amount for this temporary repair work. This is something serious which needs to be handled responsibly & this chipiya is not suppose to be repair or just through but it is required to be replaced with the new one.

                  I want all the damaged parts to be replaced with the new one or else I'm not taking my vehicle back. We don't pay or buy 0 dep insurance policy just for this temporary repair work. If that is the case then we can take our vehicle to any local garage for repairing eork why would we buy insurance & bear this unnecessary things.

                  Please look into this matter and kindly do the needful.

                    I ashutosh shukla buy a Honda unicorn in January 2022, my registration number is MH03DW9902. I had a problem from last 3 days for switching off my bike automatically due to sensor problem or any wiring issue's and I was stuck on the road, when I contacted to road aise assistant they told about pick-up charges 1888 rupees which I denied to pay.
                    My concern is only please pick up my bike without any charges and solve my problem as soon as possible because my bike still is in warranty, and if you can't to do this let me know I can go ahead to the another forum.

                        आज मे अवंतिका होंडा शोरूम मे मेरी बाइक होंडा सीबी शाइन सर्विस पर दी थी बाइक देते समय मेरी बाइक मे आधा टंकी से उपर पेट्रोल था फिर जब मेने सर्विस से गाड़ी रिसीव की तो देखा आधे से कम हो गया मेरे साथ एसा ही एक बार पहले भी हो चुका है आपके अवंतिका होंडा शोरूम पर. मेरे पास अब सारे सबूत है मे होंडा और अवंतिका होंडा दोनों पर कंज्यूमर कोर्ट मे केस दर्ज करूँगा। 🙏

                              Honda returns Car after servicing with Faulty EPS.

                              Date Car given to Honda Workshop - June 09, 2022
                              Car asked to be collected - June 17, 2022
                              Incident Date - June 17, 2022 - After collecting Car from workshop, the problem started in less than 1 km

                              We send Car to the reputed workshop, which costs at least 2-3 times the normal workshop cost, for peace of mind, thorough work, and stringent quality check to avoid malfunction or failure due to workmanship.

                              However, it is not expected that the workshop returns Car with additional defects and then asks the customer to pay for it.

                              My car was handed over to the workshop in perfect condition, driven by their driver from my residence, however, it came out from the Workshop with a major fault, which can't be just a coincidence. Please note that I am very sensitive towards my Car, and maintain it well, and that's the reason sending it to the Honda workshop for painting at my own cost (not insurance) and paid INR 21, 000/-, which could have cost much lesser at a local garage. This premium price is paid for assurance of the best guarantee work.

                              Description

                              I got a call on June 17, 2022 afternoon stating that the car will be ready and I need to travel to the workshop to collect the car which I went. They refuse to deliver to my residence, which Honda usually does and it surprised me.

                              The car was picked up from the workshop by myself. After traveling for less than one kilometer there was some sound in the left portion of the car and then after traveling for some more distance some stiffness in the steering was felt. I didn't realize if there was some problem. However, after a further few kilometers, the steering wheel became very hard, and not able to turn left / right. To avoid any casualty, I parked on the roadside and called the service manager, and explained the problem. He gave me the contact of another technician. However, after several rounds of discussion, the problem was not identified. Since it was late evening, I was told that no help is possible and the car can be driven home or parked where it is.

                              After waiting for a few hours when traffic got reduced, I slowly drove the car to my home, as the roadside was not a safe place. I was promised by the service manager, that the car will be picked up the next morning for checking. They speculated that there may be some circuit issue that occurred while battery fitting etc and some connections may have detached while denting / painting.

                              The next morning, I had to make numerous calls all over for car pick up as it wasn't attended as confirmed. It was also escalated to the customer executive but no response. The car was picked up by afternoon, after repeated requests, with the promise that the Car will be delivered by evening after checking/correction, if any.

                              Around 07.15 pm (June 18, 2022), I got a call from the workshop stating that the scanning is not complete and they have to keep the vehicle for another 2 days for checking. I was promised for response on Monday (June 20) morning after checking with senior technicians.

                              On not getting any update from the workshop on June 20, I again had to chase everyone, including customer support. It was day 12 (June 20). This was really shocking to note that after 3 days of checking at the advanced Honda workshop, the problem was not able to be identified. I was left with no choice but to bring to the notice of Honda management now.

                              I highlighted the below issues over mail to Honda India and Arya Honda

                              * New issue immediately after delivery of the car at the workshop. Honda needs to take ownership of the Car at their workshop and return the Car after the thorough check-up.

                              * Customers are not allowed to senior management/customer head. In spite of multiple requests, neither call was connected or contact details were shared?

                              *Poor experience at workshop for not planning of work - Dockyard

                              *Car discharged to the customer without checking.

                              * Steering issue cropped after denting painting work at Honda workshop.

                              * 3+ days' time to just scan the circuit and the problem is still not understood?

                              On June 21 (after 4 days scan), I got a mail from Arya Honda that EPS needs to be replaced and I need to pay INR 30, 000/-, aside INR 21, 000 already paid.

                              This is certainly blackmailing by Honda to ask for money from the customer for a problem created by their workshop.

                              I have written to Honda India who promised a resolution. I was conveyed that Arya Honda will contact. However, Arya Honda wants INR 30, 000/- to proceed.

                              I have written several emails to Honda India who continues that they are working on the issue and will provide a solution.

                              It's Day 18 and still no response from them. I am commuting for the past 18 days without a car incurring huge costs but Honda is least bothered by customer agony. Looking forward to a solution for the above-created problem.

                                Sir/Madam,
                                This for your kind information that I, Saikat Bhattacharyya have purchased a new Honda SP125 on 09/05/2022. The Frame No. is ME4JC83FEND006896, Engine No. is JC83ED3053574, Battery No. is M7D2S099377 and Key No. is 1092. At present I rode the bike for 422 KM only. Now I have received both rear and front tyres from Maxxis Company. Recently I am facing a skidding problem on my bike and I have narrowly escaped from accidents twice just because of the cheap tyre the company has provided. I also observed MRF tyres in different SP125 bikes with the same specification which is unfortunate for me that I have received Maxxis tyres instead of MRF tyres. With the same price it is absolutely wrong for the company to provide MAXXIS tyres instead of MRF tyres on the same bikes. So I request you to take necessary arrangements for changing my bike tyres to good quality MRF tyres.

                                  According to, Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 mandates two-wheeler manufacturers to supply helmet at the time of purchase of motorcycle.
                                  But dealer at Patna Alankar showroom near bypass pin-800001, didn't provide helmate even request for it. They have changed me around rupees 105687 for Honda shine sp125 2-wheeler vehicle.
                                  I request, respective RTO officer in Patna to take possible action against them.

                                    Today I went to Ananda Honda service centre (AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION) to buy spares for my Honda activa and they denied me the spares and told they are not selling spare parts to outside parties due to some problem. They told me to leave the bike there and they'll fix it in the centre itself by paying exorbitant and unnecessary service.
                                    This is unacceptable.
                                    I repair my own bike and my car, and have been doing so from so many years.
                                    Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Man hit my scooty with his bike because of rash driving i complaint it to my nearest police station but he can't pick up any phone bike number was HR31K7571 please take a strict action against him thankyou
