Dear all, i am shashank dilip kshirsagar (Still) an proud owner of a honda unicorn motorcycle from pune, maharashtra (Ind) As per the subject mentioned above i have purchased an unicorn bike on january 25th, 2018 after suffering from a huge waiting for the delivery of bike after availability of 72 days near about 2 and a half months (Booked on november 14th, 2017) from my wings honda sinhgad rd near p. L. Deshpande garden pune. Till today the bike has not yet completed a month after delivery but i critically observed some defects in the bike appearance. Some of them are listed below, 1) unfinished half left paint on the neck of the handle 2) improper finishing on the engine 3) rusted screw 4) faulty and inaccurate fuel meter 5) honda logo on the lhs of fuel tank has been detached to half. These all my issues which are discussed with manager of my wings honda sinhgad rd mr. Sumit dalvi and pdi incharge mr. Atul kadam last week itself. This is not the service expected by the honda. But it i think seems that we are buying a bike after having a tremendous waiting for the bike and whereas on the other hand you are just pulling out your production from your factory seeing no any quality services. So at the last i would like to request you that do the necessary compensation to my bike and do serve us better as like earlier years. Expecting your kindly cooperation.
