Honda 2 Wheelers India — Honda Unicorn purchased at Abarna Showroom Vedaranyam

We bought Honda unicorn 6months back. Suddenly the battery stopped working. When we called they asked us to visit the showroom for service and repair. They examined the battery and told the battery charge is draining but it's in good condition we waited for half day to get that charged finally it didn't work. After so many arguments they agreed to change the battery but what they gave is a old one. When we ask about that they told they don't have stock. We called and checked before going for service. It's s worst ever customer service faced and there are many having same kind of issues. This definitely affects the trust on the company product.
