Greetings!
Unfortunate incident took place as not getting any resolution so knocking this door,
I purchased my bike on Jan 2022 and since then it was going good,
On 24th April I went for my 2nd free servicing, and I also mentioned them there was an issue with the bike handle, it is vibrating,
They mentioned we have to open the front parts and check and said kindly come after 4 hours, I agreed.
Then when I came back they said the issue is resolved and we have changed the parts and gave me the bill as well which include that parts charges. I asked its a 3 to 4 months new bike why the parts had been changed and if they change also my consent should be there.
They mentioned that parts was not good and is not covered under warranty, I agreed and paid the whole amount as it was already done.
The very next day I faced multiple issues with the bike,
1. Multiple bumpy cradle on stable road
2. Sound coming from handle pushback front section
3. The bike was giving an experience as if I had purchased a 2nd hand bike.
I again visited that service center they mentioned it is normal. I complained to the customer support on call and from the head office I received a call stating that sorry for the inconvenience cause request you to visit the main branch we will check and fix it,
I went and they agreed that something is wrong so they need to check it will take 24 hours I kept my back again keeping faith that it is authorized service center of the company,
Then on the next day I took my bike and checked the issue and it was decreased, I said let me see more and update you, since then no one is answering my calls,
and the issue is more now, Today if anything happens to me while riding Honda will be responsible for ruining my new bike.
Hope I get proper justice.
First Instance happened at location Honda service center BTM 2nd stage.
2nd Instance happened at location Honda service center Jayanagar Branch, Person assisting with this case was the Relationship Manager who stopped answering my calls.
