I have a activa 3g. I have AMC with shatakshi honda Moradabad. My scooter front wheel jammed on 30 July 2021 I reached service center on 31 July they said ok & we wish to do its service also, I said ok.
When I take my scooter back from service center I saw the problem of jamming wheel is still same, the scooter was not washed properly & the air pressure of tyre are low.
So I make a complaint with service center they said from wheel required parts which are not in stock the will be available till Monday & the tyre filling machine & washing pump set are not in order.
I reached service center on Tuesday 1august 2021 they we don't received the part yet & nobody attending my complaint properly.
I make a complaint to its company helpline which complaint number is 1 - [protected] on 1august 2021with the 3 days redressal assurance.
But unfortunately today is 7 day of my complaint to company the issue is still same nobody reach to me regarding my issue.
I request you to please look into the matter for serious security issue of "jamming front wheel".
