Honda 2 Wheelers India — Irresponsible service center, technician and regional officer | |||
Hi, Yesterday i took my bike for service (Veera honda at gummidipoondi), 4th time i mentioned the same complaint that my disk break lever is hard to handle. So i mentioned to the technician (Mr. Mani), 3 times you cheated me on this, but this time i will not pay if you failed to fix it. Finally as usual, he didn't fixed, and the dealer owner says technicians also may do mistakes and they are not god. So with unskilled technician 4 times he charged some thing some me, i raised a complaint on the same but the regional officer (Mr. Prakash), closed the complaint ticket without taking any actions towards the technician or dealer. From adyar service center they found that, my disk related product has been completed damaged, 8 months before i gave it to service center, but 4 times they failed to address the issue and finally my product has been completely damaged. But i am not getting any justice here. Everybody here work for organisation, when will you start work for customer satisfaction. There might be many people who would not know how to complaint and simply adjusting the domination of dealer and technician mistake, but finally customer has to pay for all the technician's mistake.
