Honda 2 Wheelers India — Just fooling the customers with the relevant service notification messages | |||
Hi this is chitikela.praveen i have received notification message as the service is to be done by this week as a reason i have been to Raja Honda on 24th morning i need to wait for atleast 3 hrs for my turn, then the service staff had asked for the manual i was shocked to see i still have 2 months time for the service. How can you send these notifications to the customers that are irrelavent. Just fooling the customers, i had spoked to the person he said the manager is not available and he would ask the manager would give me a call back but still i haven't received any call from the manager.
