Honda 2 Wheelers India — mh04hw3106 noise from engine | |||
Hi, i sandesh rasal owner of a cb hornet (Mh04 hw 3106) registered the complaint of noise from the engine to bhavana honda and honda customer care on date:[protected]. Bhavana honda replaced balancer spring, balancer and cam shaft still problem is same. When i asked them to solved the problem and revert the status of the bike, this dealer tried to avoid me as the problem was not able to solve by them. Even if they received my call they used to talk arrogantly. When i tried to contact customer care for the same problem (Complaint no. 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected] and similar complaints registered) honda concern team didn’t revert me yet. These people said that we are working on your bike we will let you know the thinks but right now my bike is with me. How come this low quality service you give and you even don’t know which vehicles are present in your workshop. The service honda give us or what to the customer. Useless people you guys are. I have purchase a Honda Unicorn bike from Maharashtra . But some sources asked me to that showroom sell me a bike witch is used for test drive in festival season. Showroom authority decline my oral complaint forcefully, So please help me in this regards asap...
