Honda 2 Wheelers India — No blue book delivered after nine months of purchase | |||||
Sir, I have purchased a Scooter Activa 125 on 11th of July 2016 from SMS HONDA, G.T.Road, Kodalia More, Hooghly.[protected]/[protected]), Vehicle Regn. No.WB16AR1572, was registered on 14th of September 2016 but it is the matter of surprise that no Blue Book is delivered till now by dealer.It is as per RTO Hooghly that Regn. would be done through the dealer. It's the dealer's comment. The dealer has not issued any Cash memo regarding the transaction. The vehicle was delivered only on road chalan basis.
