Honda 2 Wheelers India — Non Delivery of the vehicle committed | |||
I have booked a Honda Activa 6G with LED (black colour) light from G P Honda, Civil Lines, Prayag Raj on 31st Oct, 2021. The Agency has taken the full amount of Rs. 92, 500/- in advance and committed the delivery for the same for 2nd Nov, 2021. Today when i reached the agency, they have regretted to provide me the same model and colour for the scooty which i have booked and for which i have paid 100 percent advance money. Rather they were pressurising us to take the delivery either in different colour or in different model. It such a mental and physical harassment for me and my family standing there at the agency for hours for not providing me the vehicle which i have booked and for which i have paid the whole amount in advance. I urgently need a resolution to my issue. I kindly request to provide me the vehicle which i have booked on today's date as i have booked the vehicle for my brother on his birthday. Getiing the vehicle on some other date doesn't make sense for me. I would also request Honda, to issue directions to the concerned agency to provide me the compensation for the mental and physical harassment which me and my family has suffered due to there wrong commitment. i am also enclosing the advance receipt of Rs.92, 500/- dated 31.10.2021 which clearly mention's the model and colour for the vehicle which i have booked and the delievery date as 02.11.2021.
