Honda 2 Wheelers India — Non-replacement of battery | |||||
My sister purchased Aviator on 3.7.2015, from Radhe Shyam Aoto, Visakhapatnam, vide Invoice no. 15IN01692. The battery is fully dead. It is Amaron make with no. BAE0116F504218. They did not give warranty card at the time of delivering vehicle. When approached now, they say that the company has nothing to do with battery and that they fitted the battery on their own while delivering vehicle. They say that it would take minimum two to three days to process warranty, after returning battery and papers. Now I am left without battery causing great mental and financial hardship. Why dealer is not giving card for battery at the time of delivery? Why company is allowing dealers to fit a battery of their choice? Was this information helpful? | |||||
