Honda 2 Wheelers India — not doing service on time and misbehaving to customer | |||
I had given my byke service on 27th jan 19. To planet honda service, rajajinagar - bangalore. Service agent said to collect by evening. When i called to office number no one responded. On 2nd day ie on 28th i tried calling from morning at last they received and said ' byke service not done will do by afternon'. After repeated calling the byke service was done. When i requested them that i will collect by 9: 30 pm they agreed and said that they will handover vehicle to security guard. When i reached the service station at 8: 45pm the security is not aware and responded badly. Kindly help me to get my byke soon and ask them to compensate the caused. I have purchased honda unicorn 11/2 years back, when i purchased this bike from initial day onwards i faced engine noise issue and gear shifting problem regarding this i raised a complaint to customer care so many time. They forward complaint to service center but they serviced that tim...3 Time but noise issue not response me sir
