Honda 2 Wheelers India — performance of my vehicle | |||
I had purchased honda activa 5g from people's honda shivaji nagar agra. The performance of my activa from day1 is not satisfactory. It has suspension problem which became worst on 2 passengers travelling. Activa makes noise while riding. Made a complaint to the manager but he did nothing except routine check-up which is not more than a formality. The workers take their work for granted. Small bugs are even not resolved at a time if we took the activa to the center and they told to leave the vehicle for 1-2 days for even a small bug. My activa is surely a second hand one as it conatins many issues at the time of purchase which came in front of me as time flies. I am very dissapointed and want a full service and get the bugs fixed. Please consider my stated complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
