Honda 2 Wheelers India — poor service after repeated complaints | |||||
Hello sir/madam, This is in refernce to my complaint for my vehicle (Reg no : wb12ah9319). I am being repeatedly harrassed and victimized by your service centre diamond motors kolkata. I had given my vehicle for regular servicing and maintenance to them. However subsequently i received calls from them notifying that certain parts need to changed. I agreed andthe replacement was done. I got my vehicle delivered and to my surprise my problem o the vehicle making noise wasn't resolved. Therefore i went back to them l. Here onwards my painful journey starts. I was told that my brake lever was malfunctioning and i have to replace. I again agreed. Even after two servicing my problem wasn't resolved and the vehicle was making excessive noise. My question is me being a loyal customer of honda what did i do to undergo such harassment and poor service. I was misguided by the service station and duped of my money whereas my main problem never got resolved. The service station has turned a deaf year to my situation. My objective of contacting you is for advice on how should i go ahead and get my vehicle serviced and repaired. I understand me being a consumer, if my demands are not looked into i would be forced to approach the consumer court to address my problem. I also assure that no matter what i would to any length to expose the cheating dealer and his malpractices. Looking forward to your reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am owner of honda hornet 160R., the experiance o[censored]sing this bike is awesome but i am not happy with digital speedometer box becuase of gear enggagement and disenggagement indication was not available so all users facing this kind of problem so please inprove this feature..afterall everything was good...
