Honda 2 Wheelers India — product free service complaint.

Dear sir/madam,

Recently i have purchase the 2 wheeler bike named honda livo form avadh honda, jamnagar, gujarat,
Frame no: me4jc715kht091532
Engine no: jc71et1142657

My 2nd service is due on 3600km but the authorized personnel at the service center is not giving proper answer,

From the last two days i am visiting the service center but they are not taking my bike for the service.

They said that "we have not time for the service and no any person available for the service"

The fist free service of the bike was not so well as company service standard,

1. Need to know when the bike will take for the service?
2. Is it will be as company service standard?
3. What types of action will be taken for the personal who answering this way with the customer?
