Honda 2 Wheelers India — quality & staff behaviour issue | |||
On september 30, 2017 one of my dream came true, i purchased honda unicorn cb 150 (Black) from aman honda (Baner, pune - 411045) having chassis number – me4kc311jh8109477 and registration no:- mh.12. Ps.2129 After getting delivery of honda, with full of energy and proudly i started riding bike.in the evening, i made up my Mind and started my 1st long ride with honda unicorn cb 150 on mumbai pune highway. But after completing few kms I heard some weird noise from front (Suspension) & bike pulling one side (R. H side), since it was a saturday and its too late for me to go back to Showroom (Service center). I visited to showroom on (15 oct, 2017) and discussed about the noise, technician told me to come later or in! St service will check the noise & pulling issue. But unfortunately i have not get enough time in between To visit the service center again. However its been 5 months now and have come across with 1st free servicing And still i am facing the same issue (Suspension issue) vehicle pulling one side. Because of suspension issue & bike pulling one side (R. H side), my shoulder started paining & getting it more & more Then today ie 30.01.2018 i called mr. Kamlash (Manager or some one who was taking care of my call said) i will call u back but there was no reply as always so i m writing these But mr. Rajkumar was very unsupportive with us as always & fake promise & commitment for every thing & said there is accessiors are compulsory or we will not delivery the bike. It was very shocking for me as it was happy movement for my family so i refused to fight. . I am really disappointed with the performance of a bike. Its such a disgrace and a big question mark on customer/service center of honda. Please help me to fix this. I am really getting annoyed, mentally harassed and now honda made me regret of what i did, i Never even imagined that new bike can give trouble and that to extreme ones which i have and with such Pathetic customer service and now i would walk up to court as i know its my right to do so. Thanks for your kind attention reading my words patiently, looking for your valuable support. Some more issue as belows 1. Suspension issue 2. Vehicle pulling one side 3. Tank getting white patches & colour getting dul. 4. Said there is accessiors are compulsory Waiting for a healthy reply & rectification of the above mentioned issue.
