I had planned to purchase a motorcycle (Honda unicorn) in month of jan 2021. So i visited site https://www.honda2wheelersindia.com/
and paid rs. 2000 (two thousand rupees) as booking amount. The showroom staff told me that they will issue the vehicle within few days.
But due to some unexpected personal reasons i had cancel my booking. I have completed all the formalities regarding refund procedure on 1st Jan as per the directions of honda customer care. They informed to collect refund amounts from respective dealer.
The showroom sales staff had informed me they are not responsible for refund process and whereas customers care redirecting me toward showroom again and again.
But now after 20 days my wings honda showroom staff is not issuing me refund of my money. I have already visited the showroom couple of times but every time the concerned staff persons are giving totally unbelievable and most illogical reasons for not issuing the refund also i raised concern on honda site but honda customers also not responding to me on neither mail or calls.
Everytime they asking me to wait they will call me..but its 15 days now still no response..
I did sent multiple mails regarding same..
Due to this, hereby i am launching my complaint regarding not getting my money back from my wings honda showroom.
I am requesting you to look into the matter and do the needful
