Very bad sevice they called me at 8:00 Am and let me wait till 2:00 Pm and then they started service of my scooty and such a bad service that they disturbed my scooty very much. My scooty was running at good mileage but now it's mileage is just destroyed it went 20 km and consumed petrol of Rs.500. I got my scooty serviced at Anupma Honda Sevice Agency.

    My scooty is not working as it is having starting problem doe which I am unable to ride my bike and I have shown this to my nearest dealer Shivam honda puri.. they have kept my scooty since 1 month and not working on it. For which I am unable to use my scooty as they are not responding on this also.

      I am here to complain about the Honda service centre in Durgapur, West Bengal. After the harassment I went through, I wonder if it is an authorized service centre of Honda Company.

      As I mentioned the details I recently purchased activa6g from my nearby showroom *dhillon honda* agency and I found much of hassle in the services they provided . On this 15th of January I went to agency and asked for the owner to give my all the papers of scooty as they not gave me before .But they told me in the reply we already handover to you .After that I requested to them again and again to check on your place and in the last they founded paper kit of my scotty in their box . Though they have to apologise from me, they said it’s your responsibility to take from us .But I want from your management there is no responsibility from your side to tell the customer about their papers .If you dont able to provide papers on the sport with scotty then it’s their responsibility to call the customer to tell them whenever paper will be ready.Not only this time I found obstacle but when I reached agency again for service they charge me higher than other agencies.My sibling purchased scooty of same model before 15days from me in Ludhiana but they paid only ₹229 whereas I paid ₹350 for the same .How’s possible this huge difference of prices .We request to your good self please look into the matter and resolve as the earliest.

        I am a customer of Johns Honda sonce 2009. Now I ve purchased one Activa 125 BS 6 from Johns Honda, Puzhakkal, Thrissur Kerala in Nov 2020 ( VIN ME4JF49MLLG031987) and has registered as KL64J7565.

        From the beginning itself noticed Manufacturing defects such as non working of ECO indicator, automatic engine cut off sensor etc and it was cleared during first service. Thereafter noticed unusual sound from engine. He centre stand comes under the kicker resulting touching it on the road. Though the service centre, Chalakudi ve adjusted centre stand, foot rest etc, noticed that the sound is coming from Engine or silencer after running 1 or 2 KMs. The seat opening also not properly working. Presently, the vehicle has given to the service centre Thrissur.

        Now i request you to replace me a new vehicle in place of this faulty one.

          I gave my Honda shine bike to Honda showroom (Pioneer one Honda)which is located on H 164 sec 63 noida, they changed my visor which is old model of Honda bike, and there was not any problems on my bike sailensor on the time of summiton of Honda showroom for servising, after servising my bike has not normal sound, and they denies to repair this, on the of submission they give me budget of almost Rs 4500 and day by day they increase rate, my contact no -[protected]

            Respected Team,

            I had planned to purchase a Honda Activa 125 on 1-JAN-2020 and paid rs. 1000 (one thousand rupees) as booking amount.
            As the vehicle was not available in the showroom (Kanchan Honda Andheri east Mumbai 400072 ) staff told me that they will provide the vehicle within a few days.
            But at the time of delivery, Honda hiked its price, and now showroom guys not ready to give delivery until an additional access amount is not getting paid. but for this, they never gave me any intimation nor discussed at the time of booking. Now if I have to cancel the booking they are charging 1000rs as cancellation charges. plus The attitude from the showroom guy was very rude, not ready to hear customer concern. they even said we have a long waiting period do anything you want.

            hence registered the complaint on honda official web site, for which ticket no is rased: [protected] but without any communication, the ticket was closed. I want my 1000 rs back or now also ready to take delivery at priced discussed at the time of booking.

              With reference to the subject cited above, it is informed that, after I lodged a complaint with you and consumer help line on 11.01.2021, Mr. Sandeep Tingne, an employee of JPS 2Wheelers, Amravati Maharashtra Honda, called me and told me that we are ready to give you a Honda shine drum for Rs. 85500. And without a full conversation your voice doesn't come to me on the phone and immediately they disconnected the phone. He said I was talking to you on another phone but I have not received their call yet. It is clear from that they called it a formality as I complained. Hence, the complaint I made to you about JPS 2 Wheelers, Amravati Maharashtra honda dealer is not yet complete.He tried to cheat on me like this again. You sent me a message on what basis my complaint was resolved. Therefore, I request you to take action against this owner and give me justice.

                Hello Sir/Madam,

                I have just given my bike "Honda CB Trigger" for service in Lodha Honda Showroom cum service center at Chrompet, Chennai on 10/01/2021. It was given on a complaint about petrol leaking out of the carburetor. Just two days prior to this service day, the bike's tank got emptied during a ride at night and I had to move my bike by walking for a kilometer. It was a horrible and painful experience. This leakage was already raised and rectified (believed so) in previous service dated 18/12/2020. But the same issue recurred again. On the 12th, I got a call from the service center at 4:50pm. A lady on the other end informed me to collect the bike before 6pm. Hence I reached there in half an hour. Mr. Santosh from service delivery said that it is ready to take. He asked me to pay the bill. There were few customers in the queue at the billing counter. I just waited at the counter for my bill. After an hour or so, my bill turned up and the billing lady started entering it in the system. She then quickly observed that there is no rate quoted against an item and hence she requested another lady to get it from the spare parts dept. Again I had to wait there for another 30 mins. Even after that nothing turned up. I really got frustrated and questioned them why I am asked to come even before the billing data is not ready. There was no proper response from any of them.

                My question here is why the customers are requested to come to collect the bike even before the billing data is not ready. At least they could have called the customer after the billing data was ready, so that no customer needed to wait for such a long time. It is definitely unacceptable and not comfortable. Other customers who were all waiting at the bill counter murmuring about this pathetic poor customer management. I spoke to Mr. Santosh again and also his manager Mr. Rajesh, they told me they are taking more than 70 bikes in a day. He was justifying the delay with some unacceptable reasons. Intaking such a huge number of bikes for service in a day leads to the quality of service highly questionable. This could be the exact reason for my bike leakage issue recurrence. For your reference, just take a look at the reviews provided against this service center in google. My mistake, I did check these things after all these pathetic experiences.

                Just for your kind information, I have been a customer of Honda since my first bike Unicorn I bought around 2006. Trigger is my second bike. I was really enjoying the riding and overwhelmed with these bikes' top notch performance. But due to these poor services, I lose the trust on Honda 2 wheelers.

                I do not want to go to that pathetic service center, it will simply screw up my days again due to their pathetic customer management and poor service. Let it be there itself.

                I will never ever prefer honda bikes in my life.

                    On (15/11/2020) I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership Activa 6G DLX-BSVI and registration number- DL9SCA3296). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because broken speedometer and speedometer chip is not in the scooty so, speedometer is not working, Your mechanic inspected my vehicle and said they do not fix the problem under warranty because speedometer chip is not in the scooty.

                    I would appreciate it if you could organise to change speedometer in the warranty.

                    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by (date), I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through the courts.

I purchased a Honda activa 125std from shyam honda, jhajjar -124103.But they denied helmet on the pretext That free helmet will be given if I purchased full accessories worth rs. 5000. How person can buy accessories of rs 5000 for a helmet worth rs 700. This is a cheating by shyam honda jhajjar-124103. I write so many te to honda to direct the shyam honda ro deliver the helmet as it's a gift for me from honda.                           I booked Honda shine drum model from JPS 2 Wheelers, (in front of railway station Amravati) Amravati, 444601 Maharashtra on 29.12.2020 for a total of Rs. 85500. For this I booked the Honda shine drum bike on 29.12.2020 by paying Rs.1000 and the remaining amount of Rs.84500 was paid on 02.01.2021 by cheque. This bank cheque was credited to JPS 2 Wheelers bank account on 4.01.2020. The next day I asked the owner for a Honda Shine Drum bike as the deal was done but he replied that the Honda Shine Drum bike was not available in the showroom. The truck of the vehicle has left on 02.01.2021 and you will get it after the arrival of the vehicle. When the Honda Shine Drum bike arrived in the showroom, he was told me the price of the Honda Shine Drum bike has increased and you have to pay additional Rs 2, 000. If you do not pay the extra Rs 2, 000, you will not get a bike. When the Honda Shine Drum bike deal was settled at Rs 85, 500, he forced about an additional Rs 2, 000. I was cheated by the JPS 2 Wheelers, Amravati owner and he told me that if you don't pay extra, you won't get the Honda Shine Drum bike. This owner always cheats other customers in the same way. Therefore, I request you to take action against this owner and give me justice.

                              I Am Karunamoorthy, I Bought A Bike Honda Shine In Jan-2020, My Vehicle Number Is ( TN06Z0481).
                              After Bike Purchase I Found Handlebar Wobble Problem. So Check With One Outside Mechanic. He (Mechanic) Said ''May This Issue Comes With Tyre Alignment, So You Better Go And Inform To Service Center''. After With In One Week, I Have Given The Complaint To Mr.NAGARAJ (SERVICE MANAGER) ''Didar MOTORS Honda Service Center ( Mount Road, Chennai)'', About The Bike Handlebar Wobble And Also I Said The Reason What My Mechanic Told To Me. But They Said There Was Some Renovation Is Going On In ''MRF'' Company, So You Come After One Month With Free Service And We Will Solve The Problem. Then I Went With Free Service After One Month. But Again They Said In ''MRF'' Renovation Is Going On. Then I Have Told Them ''Check correctly What Is A Problem In The Bike, , We Can Not Say It's 100% Tyre Alignment Problem, So You Check And Shoot Out The Problems And Let Me Know Whatever It Is''.
                              Till Now I Went More Then 5 Times In Didar Motors Service Center In Mount Road Chennai, And I Went More Then 3 Times In Lakshmi Honda (Kaveripakkam). I Have Completed Till Now 3 Free Service. In The 3rd Service They Change My Bike Front Tyre And I Pay For That Rs.210.
                              The Problem Is Still Handlebar Is Shaking(Wobble). No One Find What Is The Problem In My Bike.
                              I Want To Know One Thing, Who Are All Working In Service Centers Their Job ''They Know Or They Don't Know''?... I Think They No Buddy Knows Their Job Properly And No One Is Doing Their Job Properly.
                              Because I Went More Than 10 Times, But I Have Still a Handlebar Wobble Problem On My Bike. I Don't Know What They Are Doing, I Think They Symply Wash And Wipe The Bike And They Put Bill More Than Rs.500 Including Oil Change. That's It. They Are Thinking The Problem Was Solved Automatically By The Bike It's Self. Even I Don't Know They Are Changing The Oil Or Not. But I Have To Pay For That.
                              If I They Are Thinking ''Oli Change And Bike Water Wash'' These Two Things Only Proper Service Means, ... That Two Work I Can Do It Myself. Why Are We Coming To The Service Center?.. We Have Some Issues On Bike, That's The Reason We Are Coming To The Service Center. But They Are All Careless Workers. No One Is Checking Properly.
                              No One Can Get Money Without Hard Work. If That Money Gone In The Right Way We Feel Good, But My Money All Is Gone In Useless Way.
                              I Paid What Whatever The Bill Amount In Free Service, I Paid For Tyre Charge, Still I Am Paying My EMI Without Fail. And Also I Have Told Them Many Time Solve The Bike Problem Whatever The Cost, I Am Ready To Pay. But Till Now No Result...
                              On Time I Complaint To Didar Honda ShowRoom, Mountroad, Chennai, But They Said "We Won't Involve In This Problem, You Have To Meet Service Manager Only. We Can't Do Anything''...
                              I Didn't Get A Solution From ShowRoom And Service Centers... But I Hope I Can Get Solution From You By Reply Or Giving Info To The Your Staffs...
                              Kindly Reply To Me... ''Why My Bike Problem Not Solved?, What Purpose Service Centers Are Working?, Why Staff Are More Careless Including Managers Like Mr.Nagaraj(Didar Motors Service, Mount Road, Chennai).

                                  I gave my Honda shine for service on 26/12/2020.First I asked when was my last service done they are not able to check in system and answer. They took 2 days to service my Vehicle in log book though they have finished in same day they have not called me. Even after calling customer care number mentioned in Honda 2 wheeler website they are giving same Service manager number no Honda executive is responding.

                                    Service is poor, scooter was in better condition before service.
                                    After service only half an hour later new drive belt was damaged, handle vibration started, a normal right turn cannot be done, i found difficulty in accelerating, engine finds difficult to move, i can hear a sound inside near back tyre
                                    The problems i mentioned above is started only after service
                                    Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
