Honda 2 Wheelers India — Regarding worst service | |||
I purchased hornet 2.0 in honda shabeel showroom Sriperumbudur branch on 27th sep 2020. I faced gear shifting issues and i requested to solve this problem during my 1st service but they didn't solve the issue afterthat i faced the same issue and i requested them to lubricate chain and they just lubricated without cleaning for almost 4 times. i visited now and asked did u have chain cleaner now they didn't responded well indeed they claimed they didn't get any cleaner from honda company, weird to see big brand showroom without cleaner for couple of weeks. Their way of treating customer is not that good i feel unsatisfied with their response. Even they didn't know how many cc for hornet 2.0 having a mechanic without knowing engine knowledge is a big degrade for honda. They just says simple reason and send off customers pls contact that showroom and teach them how to treat customers.. by unsatisfied honda customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
